App crashes after a minute or so (Using FIRE tablet). Hoping it will be more reliable on an iPad that I have.
Can't get in the pet game or the parent app.
Every time I try to verify a quest it says “unknown error.” It doesn’t even try to work, it gives the error before my finger even leaves the screen.
App keeps crashing on ipad. I’ve deleted and redownloaded and updated iOS. Still not working.
Joon won’t let me add a new task. Tells me “oops something went wrong. Try again later.” Every time.
The joon game app won’t load at all (new user on iPad)
The app won’t allow my son to complete quests. I’ve even tried marking them complete on my side and it keeps saying error or wrong response. Please help?
