AKASO GO Status

app downloads from google play store. app opens. app wont connect. app wont let me login with email

No picture on my iPhone 14 when connected to the camera app via Wifi I can activate camera and record videos with camera but no visual on iPhone when connected through app

app keeps telling me that there is no data on the card in the camera when i want to view and download them to the phone...but when i view them on the camera, the photos are there. please help. all the pictures are for my work and i need to be able to load them from the camera to my phone, as opposed to taking the card out and transferring them through the computer. thank you. Horrible.. won't download.. go to app if it did download then just pops back to wifi.. page which shows it as on. Love my Brave 4.. but Akaso go app don't GO.. it's horrible

Have tried repeatedly to edit my footage on the app but it refuses to download to my phone in order to do so. I am getting increasingly frustrated with spending hours trying to share a video.

My app keeps crashing once a video downloading gets to zero so I can’t download any videos

When downloading to.phone getting download failed on every video.

Won't even pop up on the android play store to be able to download akaso go app

Cant edit or create video. When selecting media the next button just freezes. The app is non responsive. Like the camera but will probably return because the app does wont let me create a video

Hello, I purchased your camera a month ago and live it but now I’m starting to hate it. The camera keeps crashing and the battery is charged and it’s updated. Also after recording it stops every 3 min to start another video. I’m not finding info on if there’s a way to keep recording longer then 3 min without it starting a new segment. I also can’t use this camera while nuts plugged in? I can’t use this very long till I need to recharge my battery and. Me I have to stop what doing to change it? Your older cheaper version I could use it while plugged in. I need to understand your device by you sending a link or video that can fix or help with these issues. If you can’t I’m but I’ll be returning the camera and getting a GoPro! Thank you for your time and hope to get this settled..

When I try to add my device (EK7000) it goes back to the choose device screen. I'm running AKASO GO on a Note 20 Ultra 5g. This was after I forced stop, checked update, then cleared data and cache.

Whenever I select a video to be edited and tap "next step" Nothing happens no matter how long I wait and if I tap it repeatedly it just exits the app please help. Thanks😊 (Ps i use brave 7 LE)

This is no longer on the Google Play Store so you cannot install or update. There were definite issues with Akaso Go but it did work after a fashion. I have a Brave 7 and was considering purchasing a second, but think I will have to look elsewhere
