When I’m trying to use Chromavid, my background photos won’t load and keep loading for ages and ages but just don’t load it’s almost like they’re stuck in an infinite loop of not loading but it won’t let me cancel it. It won’t let me delete any and I eventually just can’t load it.

How to fix Chromavid app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chromavid app on iPhone
Update Chromavid app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chromavid iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chromavid on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chromavid network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chromavid Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chromavid not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chromavid App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chromavid » click [Force Stop]

Update Chromavid to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chromavid App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chromavid » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chromavid.

Fix Chromavid unable to contact server/ Chromavid internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chromavid » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chromavid » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Chromavid
