Once again, First Bank & Trust fails impress. This newly launched app is not user friendly. Granted, I’m sure it was launched to be safer, but did you bother to test it out on a consumer panel? It’s overkill in the data side, with too much on the screen at once.
Add to that, the checking register does not stack so you can see your balance. Or if there is a way to set it as such I couldn’t find it.
I guess more disappointing was the fact that I called customer service to get assistance on the app, and the phone agent said they were still try to figure it out, and “just like everything that is new and we have to wait for it to get better.....” wah, huh????
Regardless, I’m highly disappointed in this apps launch. Not well thought out in my opinion.
I’m dumping this app and will just use the online banking sign on instead.

I think the vision and design for this app is very sleek but the function is very poor. The app is never up to date with what’s in my account or payment processing isn’t listed and sometimes says one number and than an hour later it says a higher number and I didn’t deposit anything. The old app was very quick and this new version is super slow. I am very disappointed.

Their previous app was way better. Since they revamped the app and their website I have encounter it being down or out of service or error updates too many times. Now I can’t get an update on the app, the website won’t let me log in and my debit cards are declined. I can’t even access anything from the atm. Terrible!!!!
