- Videos don't work for non-bluetooth version of the app

The Apple app is not working, I keep on getting an error message “ LOADING DATA FAILED / DATA COULD NOT BE LOADED” All my networks and phone are working

Good day, I have just purchased a Hypervolt 2.0 and downloaded the app to get the full experience. The Apple app is not working , I keep on getting an error message “ LOADING DATA FAILED / DATA COULD NOT BE LOADED” I have checked my internet and WiFi and all is working correctly. Please can you advise me how to get this issue sorted out? Many thanks.
