Walmart InHome Delivery Status

I have not been able to schedule InHome deliveries for several months. The last successful delivery was June 9. The InHome delivery address has been changed from our home address (17902 W 59th Ave) to another address in my Walmart delivery locations. An address which I have never used for InHome deliveries. I cannot change the location through the app or online. I cannot find a membership number. 3039215875 is the mobile phone connected to the Walmart+ and InHome subscriptions. How can this InHome delivery address be corrected?

Walmart inhome delivery does not keep their 4hour window to deliver. They don’t seem to understand the problems that poses, or they just don’t care. Here is a one person’s scenario (not mine). A person goes to work and schedules a 9AM-1PM delivery. Walmart in home delivery—on the day of— changes it to 2PM-6PM. In that interim the persons 14 and 16 year old minor children come home from school. 1) Most families don’t want a strange adult in their home alone with their minor children and 2) Walmart itself has stated they will not deliver to homes where minors are not attended by adults. Second scenario. Is mine. I set a time for 9AM-1PM. I opt for the porch drop off (as this is an option for inhome delivery; it just helps you not have to deal with the contracted drivers canceling deliveries). Walmart, at their discretion and on the day of, decides to deliver at 2-6 PM and drops you note at noon. But I am not at home any longer as I had a 2:30 PM doctors appointment and a 4 PM physical therapy appointment that the insurance paid transportation has picked me up for, and I won’t be back until 6. My groceries have been siting for almost 4 hours in front of my apartment door. No! Because they canceled the order at 5:39 PM anyway after it said they were in route. Same as when I scheduled 2-6 PM and Walmart came at 1 PM. I know I won’t be back until 2:00 since I am 10 minutes from my home and my physical therapy session this day ends at 1:45, and that is why I scheduled 2-6PM in the first place. I see on my door cam that there are groceries dropped off at 1:10 PM in front of my apartment door. My groceries have been sitting for 50 minutes. I don’t see this services with the extra $7 in tow lasting for middle class families who just want it dropped at the door or who have adolescent and teenage children who come home from school when Walmart can’t adhere to a very generous 4 hour window of time. Another person’s pet is locked in the closet all day as her sister was suppose to go by and let him out after Walmart delivered, but Walmart didn’t show up until almost 6 PM. Every time I try to reserve an inHome delivery slot, I am only offered regular slots. . . which means leaving a tip. (I am not against tipping, but one of the perks of paying more for inHome is that it's no-tip).

It lets me order and pay for it and thanks me for my order then when I check on it later it's said it's been canceled
