I can't buy call card from my palmpay account. Its keeps writing connection error.

I wanted to withdraw my money from the app it was showing incorrect pin so i log out i cant access my account again because they is no way to enter forgotten password 😭😭😭

I top up phone via my phone app two times deducted and approved yet the customer could not access the credit (2000) airtel airtime.

Bought the traditional button type on 13th Feb 2023.On 25th I could log in or do anything with it.On it own trying to reconnecting with beep sound at the end error message are COMM fail and download fail. Message customer support mail reply was to reboot or off and on.Still for about four days now I can not login with enough data. Data status bar has been showing 3G yet problem of log in continue.

For a while now, I can't fund palmpay wallet using the app. It will always end in Transaction failed

I aren't open any Palmpay before I just wanted to try it day before yesterday, so when I downloaded the Palmpay app finished I try to login on pampay but is not working,,I click this app more than 10 times..just displaying error, i didn't know maybe is my phone or from ur side sir/ma pls what can I do to it,, beacause I did not ave any account currently, '🙏🙏
