Hi, I made a withdrawal with my ATM card through a palmpay POS terminal, the first transaction didn't go through and the agent told me to try it again which I did, and that went successfully, only for me to get home and receive double alert for the same transaction, I went to the bank to complain and the bank customer made me understand that the money is with palmpay, I went back to the agent and she denied having the money, I have been going from bank to the agent over a month now and the issue hasn't been resolved, the agent doesn't seem to care and I think she's hiding away.
