Close and restart the Royal Road app on iPhone
Update Royal Road app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Royal Road iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Royal Road on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Royal Road network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Royal Road Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Royal Road not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Royal Road App
1. On android, goto Settings » Royal Road » click [Force Stop]

Update Royal Road to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Royal Road App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Royal Road » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Royal Road.

Fix Royal Road unable to contact server/ Royal Road internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Royal Road » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Royal Road » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
