How to fix MaxSol app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MaxSol app on iPhone
Update MaxSol app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MaxSol iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MaxSol on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MaxSol network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MaxSol Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MaxSol not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MaxSol App
1. On android, goto Settings » MaxSol » click [Force Stop]

Update MaxSol to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MaxSol App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MaxSol » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MaxSol.

Fix MaxSol unable to contact server/ MaxSol internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MaxSol » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MaxSol » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MaxSol
