Terrible layout.

Not user friendly at all. At least in the old version you could see al, the pertinent information or complete an invoice all on a single screen. Having to switch screens and open and close drop down menus to get the information you need or to complete parts orders and invoices is a step backward, not an improvement.

Horrible

The new version is worst then the old version. Too many bugs and too many steps to navigate and close a work order. Time is money. And this version do not have that in mind.

Once you get the hang of it, really good. Import blue book , plus prior history. Call customers and take quick pics right from software.

Easy to use

Simple layout, easy to navigate, ton of features to allow me to manage my day and customers including the job history of whatever I am working on. Hot linking customers’ address with directions is also super convenient.
