Our kiddo’s camp recommended we use this to tip his counselors. App does not work; website does not work. I would not want to be a counselor at any camp that used this tipping app; I would not trust this company with my money and have any reasonable assurance that the money would actually reach the intended recipient.
Don’t waste your time. Doesn’t work.
Grazzee is great in theory. My bank is listed. But it won’t allow me to use it. It goes into some endless waiting loop. I worried I tipped the same person many times. Or not at all. Was forced to use my credit card and pay a fee. VERY frustrating!!!

it took ages to load after i put in my information. i waited 30 mins and nothing. not worth it, no one has that much time on their hands. ive got things to do. dont reccomend
Tried about 8 times from different devices with different wi fi and I cannot get passed the profile page which spins endlessly after I fill out the first screen. Finally gave up and asked for a list of people to venmo instead

A lot of the glowing reviews on here refer to people who give money on Grazzee, and not one refers to the people actually receiving money. This was an absolute hassle to transfer the money to my bank. And when it didn’t go through because of their app, I LOST $5 in a penalty fee. I transferred money to a debit card where I had to manually transfer it to my wallet. I needed to put a stop payment on something, and was directed to a different email where I was told a ticket was created and don’t hear back. I tried calling visa who then directed me to a different number related to this app that was out of service. So I called three more times requesting a person to talk to. I was given ANOTHER robot who told me my card information was invalid. This is ridiculous, and now I am out money because of the incompetence of Grazzee.
I tried to take out the money I earned from tips this summer over a week ago and I still haven’t received the money in my bank account. I’ve tried to contact support but no one has answered and it was a pretty large amount of money so it is very concerning.
Grazzee is terrible. Please fix that virtual debit card option and make the option to directly deposit to a debit card available. There’s no reason I need to jump through hoops to withdraw money.
This is the worst app i’ve ever used you can’t take out any money without it giving you a problem and customer service is horrible.
Wanted to use it for holiday gratituities for my building - it would allow me to space out the tips. With 34 staff members it’s hard to keep track and thought this would work but I can’t even find any building. I go to the screen to find the building and it’s as if NO BUILDINGS exists. It’s probably just glitching but I wouldn’t move this kind of money around on a glitchy app. I’ll just get cash and make the rounds over a few days - save myself the 2.5% convenience fee too.
It doesn’t work well. Had to get on the phone with customer support and try multiple devices before payment went through. Extremely glitchy software.

My camp used this app this summer and it’s was great. I made more money than last year and getting out my money was super easy. Thank you and can’t wait to use it next year
I used the this app app for tipping my building staff and I must say it makes the whole process much easier! I hated having to go get cash out every year and carry around envelopes hoping to see each doorman to give it to them, as I don’t trust handing them all over to one person to distribute.
Just used this app to show appreciation for my kids teachers. So easy and simple. All schools should use this. I wish I had this years ago

For 25 years in Manhattan, the tradition that was preparing Holiday / New Years “Thank You” cards with some gratitude for our super, doormen and other building service providers came with hand cramps, walks in the cold to the bank and to buy the thank you cards. Now imagine licking the envelopes and then having to manually account for how the $$$ was divided… in short, it sucked… it’s important and meaningful, but the process stunk .
Well thank freakin god for this app , the venmo for the Gratitide Business. Goodbye Carpal tunnel and accounting work I don’t have a COA or degree for, Hello seamless, streamlined gifting for those we appreciate
