- Telephoto mode goes into a 2X crop effect, throwing off the focal lengths of the lenses

- Developer did not respond to a report of the issue

- Basic and lacking many features

- Error message caused loss of recording after 40 minutes

- No ability to use main flash or screen as a flash for selfie camera

Whenever I make a double video, with 1 being front camera. the recorded video results in front camera in reverse direction. How to resolve this issue??

How to fix DoubleTake app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DoubleTake app on iPhone
Update DoubleTake app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DoubleTake iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DoubleTake on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DoubleTake network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DoubleTake Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DoubleTake not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DoubleTake App
1. On android, goto Settings » DoubleTake » click [Force Stop]

Update DoubleTake to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DoubleTake App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DoubleTake » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DoubleTake.

Fix DoubleTake unable to contact server/ DoubleTake internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DoubleTake » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DoubleTake » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
