This may be a great app in other ways, but I have yet to figure out how to add an already purchased gift card. There is a section for *purchasing* a gift card, a.k.a. adding funds, but I’ve tried and failed to add the gift card that’s sitting in my wallet. So I either lose out on points by ordering the old-fashioned way, or can’t use the money sitting on the table. If somebody has actually figured it out, I will gladly acknowledge myself a pudding head for the answer.

Worst App! Roots must lose a great deal of biz based upon customers frustration and inability to use their app. It allows you to add money to a gift card — (it doesn’t even directly debit your credit card) which means an extra step every time you place an order...more importantly I have never seen an app that has a harder time actually placing your order.I enjoy their food, however, the frustration of doing it via RootsHandmadePizza has caused me to cancel more than one order.

Great app! Easy to order and earn rewards. I had previously given one star because I wasn't able to tip within RootsHandmadePizza , but they fixed it!

Hey folks, love RootsHandmadePizza but something is off between RootsHandmadePizza and your kitchen printers or how it gets entered into your system.

Every time we order extra dressing, whether as an add on to an item or as a completely separate item, it gets left off our order.

The Roots app is so nice and easy to navigate! Their loyalty program is cool, too. You don’t have to buy anything to be a member, and I love getting rewards when I eat Roots Pizza (which is often!)

I am hooked on this place. The salads are incredible and I can’t get enough of the broccoli side.

Don’t use RootsHandmadePizza, it will charge your card to add funds to your account and then Roots will charge your credit card anyway for each order. Pointless app, now I have to invest time to dispute my credit card charge. If you want to order Roots, best to use Grubhub vs RootsHandmadePizza.

Thank you for making it easy to order all the things! I’m lazy, so having this at my fingertips is amazeballs.

I love roots and their new app! Simplifies the process to view menus and place orders from a mobile device and easily integrates with the loyalty program.

Just tried RootsHandmadePizza and it is super easy to use. My pizza came quick and was delicious 👌🏻

There are items on the menu in RootsHandmadePizza that can’t be ordered as described. I’ve ordered twice through RootsHandmadePizza and both times my food arrived messed up - correct add-on ingredients that I paid extra for, but in the wrong meal, buffalo-style sauce option was ignored, etc. And there’s no way to give feedback via RootsHandmadePizza . Meh.

They just gave my son some pizza dough, awesome touch guys. Love being here with family

I downloaded RootsHandmadePizza and tried to login with my existing credentials/loyalty card number. I wasn’t able to find my account using my phone number nor my card number.

Shows where the closest Roots restaurants are and allows me to order delivery from them. The mozzarella sticks and ranch are amazing!

I can order Roots from my phone now. It’s just the greatest!

RootsHandmadePizza makes it so much easier to order my favorites from Roots!

I really love not having to order through another delivery service. RootsHandmadePizza is easy to use and tells me when my pickup is order is ready! love that feature.
