Bought new phone. Transferred all data. Now can't log into app on phone. Changed password and still no luck. Just get a blank screen after hitting sign in button. Have removed batteries from scale to reset and have deleted and reloaded app with no effect. Please advise.

Hume app is rubbish - isn’t synching, lost years worth of data, and now just a black screen when trying to open the app. Even when it was working, i would have to find the scales on the app everyday and re-add. Complete and utter rubbish, but I need it to work so please suggest what I need to do - 07807 219637

My HUME is connected and it records the current weight but the 3 circles just keep revolving and it never syncs. I stay on the scale until the 3 circles show on the scale.

I am unable to log in my food under the nutrition section. I have paid for a free trial but will cancel if unable to do this. It is a major part of what I need from this app.

For anyone having trouble, try taking out your batteries and reinserting. I guess it resets. Mine wasn’t giving me my info and now it’s back working again

The FitTrack App used to work fine. With the new Hume App. , it worked for less than a week. It’s no longer syncing weight and none of the measurements are working. When weighing, the circles just spin & spin and don’t calculate any measurements. It says to stay on the scale while calculating but never does. I’ve contacted Customer Support 3x with no response. I’m not willing to keep paying for a worthless App. Too bad, I really like the scale & its capabilities.

My FitTrack App on my android (Samsung Galaxy S20+5g) has lost connection with the DARA scale. It says in the FitTrack app under whether the scale is synced/connected with my phone or not, to "ADD A DEVICE". So, I click on, "ADD A DEVICE"; Then a dialog box pops up saying the following, "FITTRACK WOULD LIKE TO TURN ON THE LOCATION PERMISSION, To Connect to your FitTrack devices, turn on location permission. Why? Location permission is needed to scan for Bluetooth devices. It also allows us to capture device data when the app is closed or not in use. GRANT LOCATION PERMISSION or CANCEL" Well I click on the button, "GRANT LOCATION PERMISSION"; Then a dialog box pops up saying the following, "DEVICE CONNECTION - SEARCHING' Make sure your scale is on and displaying zeros. If you were using the FitTrack Pro App, ensure it is closed on your mobile device." So, I have tried taking the batteries out, force stopping the FitTrack Health App on my android, turning off my bluetooth, and then turning everything back on to try to reconnect to my phone. But it does not connect up... Need Help Please!!!

When I go to weigh myself the reading is logged as a higher weight than what comes up on the dara scale? E.g. I weigh 16.7 but logs it on the app as 16.9??

My app has not been working for sometime. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. I now have a scale that is just a scale. The reason for purchasing this scale was for the information I could receive for my health journey. I have tried emailing them, waiting forever to chat and it never happened. Would love to know if anyone else has had this issue resolved.

I have downloaded the new app from the IOS App Store. When I click on Open I get the fit track logo briefly and then an empty screen. I’ve hard rebooted with no success. I had used the previous app with my scale with no issues.

I turn on Apple Health app in FitTrack Health. When I try to transfer data, the program spins "transferring" for 2-3 hours before I give up and stop the supposed transfer. The Apple Health app is no longer connected when I check. In fact, every time I log out of FitTrack and log back in, Apple Health connection is lost. I never had this problem with FitTrack Pro, which worked seamlessly and efficiently.

There are several features within the app that you can't access or don't work properly. My body composition measurements take a while to while to show if at all every time you open the app. You click on nutrition just get a blank screen, can't set any goals, can't click on help to report problems. If not sorted will not continue subscription after free trial.
