I cannot get a response from a live person nor on chat or email. I am waiting to get a response on a replacement order for a total of 5 scales we had bought and none of the now link to our phones. They said we could get a discount on an upgrade or have replacement scales sent. With all the issues we have connecting, we do not want to make that decision at this time so we had opted to replace them with the free scales. I needed all 5 replaced, but was only sent one. Cannot get a hold of anyone. Please send the additional four scales. See ORDER #SHHUME#851725 ASAP! Betty
Have had the band for less than a month and the charger is damaged. They do not have a replacement available for purchase and customer support is non-existent; no phone number, chat option on site does not work and 3 emails sent without any reply. Waste of $300!
The system is not what I thought it was. The only thing the system provides without a premium subscription, which was not mentioned on your website, is weight and heartbeat. I have all of the original packaging and wish to return. My order number is as follows SHHUME#722896
App would not load after several attempts. Their customer service is almost no existent, but once you do you will find them worthless. Just getting the address to return products is an ordeal. I have no idea if their product even works, but with customer service this bad I can only recommend avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
myMy order SHHUME#579167 was purchased with the correct address. However, during delivery, it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted support but was asked to pay five dollars for customer service, which I found frustrating. I never received the product and am now very disappointed, angry, and upset. I paid $113 for this order and want my product delivered correctly, along with free customer service. Also, when I went to go try to track my order it said there was no order with that number. I feel like this is a complete scam. Somebody needs to contact me.

I have a Hume band and I have to charge the band every 2 days. The green light stays constantly on. Contacted customer service and they said that was within time allotted? Cannot get a real person to communicate with.

I have a Dara scale which won’t connect all the time. I also purchased a body pod scale which I cannot get added to the app so I cannot use it other than to see how much I weigh. I started a chat, got nothing resolved except that my app is up to date. I have been waiting 25 minutes on the chat help for a response! I can’t find a phone number for help. I have been chatting with Jan who started out trying to help but has disappeared.
I have a FitTrack Pro account and scale. When I went to use it today, it said I needed to download FitTrack Health. When I try to download FitTrack Health, I'm redirected to download Hume. I cannot login to Hume using my FitTrack Pro info. When I try to reset my password it kicks me out of Hume and it's forcing me to sign up again. Please fix my account so that I can login and weigh myself.
Ordered the product 6 weeks ago. was told it was shipped on January 30. never was now it can't get any answers. They were more then happy to take my money, I am reporting the company to the better business

I am extremely disappointed with this app. I have been using it for several weeks now and it does not capture all of the data from the scale. It only capture weight at this point. Sometimes I have to step on the scale 2 or 3 times before the app displays it. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times. I have unpaired the scale and the app and paired them up again. Nothing changes. The FitTrack Pro works great so it is not user error. In addition, I am not sure how the app captures steps. The numbers are always thousands over my Apple Watch data. Finally, the app should pull historical data from the FitTrack Pro app. The data is important to see changes over time and I don’t want to see it go away.
Update: Now the app does not work at all. It will not record anything from the scale. Don’t put stuff out with tons of bugs. Your credibility is on the line and I am searching for another scale that is reliable and accurate!

The original app FitTrack Pro worked well and great! Then bug began happening. Not loading the right weight. Loading 0.0 weight. Taking temperature why out of range. Having to disconnect and reconnect the app and device. Now this new app FitTrack Health comes up as an update you should try!! Not a “we are moving to this app so start using it or all your data will be blank from Aug 16 until the day you start using the new app.” A whole month of tracking and progress going to be gone because of nothing! And the new app even says it won’t transfer because they are two different apps but they aren’t if you are going to make one start acting crappy just so I have to use the new one. TRANSFER MY DATA OVER! I’ve worked so hard and to just see it all gone. I don’t want to recommend this app or scale to anyone. Please FitTrack just transfer my data!

I preferred how SIMPLE the old app was. This app has WAY too much going on and is trying to be too many things. I just want the old version back: a SIMPLE weigh in that communicates with my Apple Health App and explains my other stats with a history. The new layout is so garbled and way too busy. There is nothing intuitive about this new version. I decided I was going to delete the app, but then I’ll lose all the extras that I initially bought the scale for, AND will have to manually input my weight into the simpler app. This is such a disappointment. Developers should have just stuck to what they had, maybe added skins or something if they were bored. The most frustrating thing is that as long as I had the older app, it was still plugging in my info into my other health app. Now it doesn’t communicate with anything. Boo.
