  Proxy access makes the app no longer work.

  I recently added my daughter to OSU MyHealth. Since doing this I can no longer use the app. It keeps telling me I have to review proxy document and accept before logging in. I do this and there is just a constant loop. I have to always use the web.

  11/5 It’s been 2 months and my opinion has not changed. This app is crap. Buggy and unnecessary. HATE IT. This app is a joke. I loved MyChart & never had any issues with it. Now I have to deal with unnecessary features and a ridiculous amount of bugs and errors. Terrible.

  If it ain’t broke DO NOT FIX IT. it should open at my chart. You made extra steps. You forced extra steps. Fix it so it opens at my chart. It’s not a video game.

1. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Ohio State MyHealth to your problem using the strength of crowds.
