No option, but a bad option
Was forced to use this app to Reschedule an appointment canceled by doctor. Can’t get logged in, the app keeps randomly closing during the sign up process. App would be more useful if it was just a page showing the technical help phone line right off the bat.

Discharged while still sick
My husband was discharged to a rehab center after the doctors at ohio state East hospital determined that he was well. The day after we called an emergency squad to take him to an emergency room. They ended taking him to Mount Carmel East where he was diagnosed with cancer tumor on his hip that restricted his movement. In the mean time OSU East thought he simply needed a rehab

It failed me a number of times after the update. Still can’t find the ER wait times even though they were prominently displayed before the update. Some of the print is double printed over itself.
