Body Shaming Unacceptable

Shame on your app developers for including body shaming in a health/fitness/weight loss app. I’m 62 and a recently diagnosed Type 2 diabetic. I bought the scale hoping for useful information. I downloaded the app and took my first measurement. Being told I was “over nourished” and “far from my goal weight” and my body type is “beefy” was extremely rude and hurtful and so far from helpful I am tempted to return the scale. I thought I was past being called “fat”. That hasn’t happened in over 40 years. Thanks for the image booster. So disappointed.
Can’t get it pair...

I also have an iPhone and in my Bluetooth, it doesn’t even see the app to launch it as instructed in another reviewer’s response. The scale immediately synched to another weight tracking app when I couldn’t get Scale Up to work. My friend has Scale up and I wanted to use it for a similar experience. I was highly disappointed as I go this particular scale just for use with this app. My friend has the exact same scale. Any help would be appreciated but even the scale recommends a different app.
No longer works

I updated my phone and now my app will not link. There is no option within the app to link a device. I've turned on Bluetooth for app and device and it doesn't show up as a device. My prior device was updated to the same iOS but the device was still working.
