11 months agoHi, Mi mom Cynthia O'Malley recently accidentally purchased a year subscription from your company for $59,99. She is currently disable and old so we always check her phone for things like that. I already canceled the subscription but she didn't need the app for the year. We've had this problem in the past, maybe we will need to remove her phone from her. Plain ripoff
Regardless of the performance of the product... they require you to have access to your apple account to charge you after a “3 day trail” period... of course in the hopes that you forget to cancel the subscription. Just another studios app that won’t sell itself to you outright and wants to charge you monthly for its “serivice”. Look elsewhere.

Unusable currently
I’ve reached out a few times but no answer. I bought the lifetime membership and the app just crashes when I try to do the main function. Newest iPhone, up to date, deleted and re-downloaded.

Scam.
Originally paid for full version. Then they moved to a subscription and scammed everyone out of the money they originally paid to have every feature unlocked. Don’t waste your time.
