Parallax app crashes immediately if I try to use any filter on any size/resolution photo. I am on a trial, and I will not subscribe if this issue persists

How to fix Parallax app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Parallax app on iPhone
Update Parallax app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Parallax iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Parallax on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Parallax network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Parallax Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Parallax not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Parallax App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parallax » click [Force Stop]

Update Parallax to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parallax App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parallax » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parallax.

Fix Parallax unable to contact server/ Parallax internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parallax » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parallax » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Parallax
