Parallax app crashes immediately if I try to use any filter on any size/resolution photo. I am on a trial, and I will not subscribe if this issue persists

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Parallax app issues:

Force Stop the Parallax App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Parallax app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Parallax to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parallax App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Parallax app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Parallax.

Fix Parallax unable to contact server/ Parallax internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Parallax » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Parallax » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
