Canopy Client Portal Reviews

I wanted to give CanopyClientPortal a chance, but there's no way to get past the email verification screen. I click the verify link in the email, and when i return to CanopyClientPortal , it never updates to reflect that i've verified. So after 15 frustrating minutes, I've deleted CanopyClientPortal and will stick to the website, which is good enough to get the job done.

Scanning documents through an I pad has glitches. I manually had to take photos of every document

Excellent customer service! Very patient dry concise and always looking for ways to get the most out every return! Would not go anywhere else! This Tax service has their very own app and wow what a convenience! Very user friendly and coming soon payment feature to be inserted. And they are available all year round! CanopyClientPortal has been so user friendly!

I like the portal to save tax information as it comes. It really helps the reviewing process for the tax preparer and I’m thankful they gave me a checklist.

My accountant switched to Canopy from another program. At first I was like, ugh, something new to learn. But Canopy is much easier and intuitive. And I love the scan document feature!! Very pleased!

CanopyClientPortal was very easy to navigate as I am not the most computer literate. I would recommend for everyone to use ! It was stress free and we all know how stressful preparing taxes can be . This took that anxiety away ! 5 stars !

When I click Sign In, the grey circle keeps rolling, never goes to the page where I can type in my id and password. I deleted CanopyClientPortal , and reinstalled it, same thing happens. I can login from the computer, just not the iPhone app.

It doesn’t support auto fill of credit cards, nor Apple Pay nor auto fill of email address nor name etc.

It was so easy and safe!
