Hello, the app imports routes just fine but will not import GPX file for positions. "Import error" failed to import gpx file comes up. any help would be great

Simrad app was working fine on my iphone, then about 3 weeks ago the app was down. once the app became available again it will no longer provide auto route. iPhone app stopped working about two weeks ago. Reinstalled, can’t get to login. Just one message that says they are having issues. No updates etc. poor customer communication. Need to do better.
From a week ago the iPhone app stopped working properly. The app reject my username and password. Asking me to use a website and then a message appear "SYSTEM STATUS UPDATE" - "We are currently experiencing a service outage". I purchased the app thru the Apple Store from May 23 2023 until May 23 2024. During last weekend they charged me another subscription for one year. I put a claim on Apple Store.

My Android Simrad phone app which I've paid for the premium after an update all my way points and marks I've added , have all turned black! Had different colours so I'd know which mark produced what fish . Now they're all BLACK.

My NSS7- first generation radar stopped working this season. It’s only it’s second season of operation. It laid in it’s box for ten years while I was refitting my boat. The screen comes up saying no source. Also my depth sounder also stopped working a week ago. In fact it’s never worked correctly. It does not read anything over 16 ft.
After having created a route, the app crashes. Instead of the correct data for creation, the route indicates “Created - NaN [missing “sv-SE.month_NaN” translation], NaN.
