Dont buy this app..its been nothing but problems with NO tutorials or videos on how to use..Very good support but sometimes thats not enough..A visual video would resolve a lot of problems..Couldnt get my money back so my lose,there gain...NICE

How to fix i-Boating app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the i-Boating app on iPhone
Update i-Boating app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall i-Boating iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix i-Boating on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve i-Boating network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

i-Boating Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix i-Boating not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the i-Boating App
1. On android, goto Settings » i-Boating » click [Force Stop]

Update i-Boating to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear i-Boating App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » i-Boating » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart i-Boating.

Fix i-Boating unable to contact server/ i-Boating internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click i-Boating » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto i-Boating » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch i-Boating
