Ability to upload high quality images from apple devices was taken away with newest update with zero reason or warning. Photos uploaded are compressed and are not a good quality. They did increase the upload limit from 9 to 50 which is nice but doesn’t help when you can’t upload high quality. Other than this VERY important detail, it can do the job it is suppose to do at a bad quality.
Please fix this major issue.

The installation and setup process for new users is to power on their picture display device, join a 2.5 WiFi network, and install OurPhoto. During setup you provide an email address and they are SUPPOSED to send you a confirmation email that activates the device. I have been exploring for hours and have not received an enabling email and the picture frame will not “bind”. If it can’t bind no cloud service and OurPhoto does not work. I haven’t tried a thumb drive yet but honestly, what’s the point? OurPhoto and hardware do NOT WORK!!

Tried assisting my in-laws setting this up over the phone. Impossible to get done because OurPhoto is so bad. I told my wife not to buy this frame because of the software. This is absolute CRAP software. Not intuitive, not user friendly, broken English on the page here and the website is worse. Do not expect to get support, clicking the support link here in OurPhoto Store takes you to the web site where there is a picture of the word Support. No link to get you support. There is no documentation on whether or not OurPhoto will work with HEIC picture files from the iPhone. Most of the files I have sent to my parents’ frame show as broken links. Junk. Junk. Junk. I would use worse words if the censors would allow it.

The issue I have with OurPhoto is the same as mentioned in a few reviews here. I wanted to test the process of uploading pictures from my IPhone to the frame, so I uploaded a couple pictures using the Media section of OurPhoto as explained in the user manual. Once I figured out this process, I went back to the “Media” section to upload more pictures from the phone, but all it does is take me back to the two pictures I tested with no way to add any more. I’ve tried everything! Is there a function in the settings which allows this or am I stuck with nothing but the first two pictures? This needs to be fixed!! If anyone knows this process, PLEASE post it in a review. So frustrated!!

Mother-in-Law received the Dhwazz photo frame as a gift and I have been trying to get it set up via OurPhoto. It appears the server OurPhoto uses is no longer functional (get unknown errors when trying to sign up for an account), and the developer website link in OurPhoto Store page is also broken. Seems like we will have to manually connect to the frame to add photos, but with family around the world it would have been nice to send photos to the frame, which is why it was purchased for her. What a shame.

This frame is great - good quality pictures and looks like a frame, not a computer. But OurPhoto only allows you to upload 9 pictures at a time. It doesn’t let you know what pictures you already uploaded. And each time you want to upload, you have to start over. It’s really frustrating as I wanted to use this to display all these pictures I have on my phone but it’ll take me years to get them on there at this rate. I wish there was another way to upload more photos at a time or something.

My photos were going through last week, using OurPhoto , but now all of a sudden, my photos aren’t showing up that I sent to the picture frame?? Not sure where to contact customer service?

The frame looks nice and works well but OurPhoto has a lot to be desired. You can only upload a max of 9 photos at a time. It doesn’t stay signed in so you go to upload photos and then it makes you sign in and start the process over again. OurPhoto only allows you to upload photos, it would be nice if OurPhoto allowed you to manage the photos on the frame such as see and delete photos.

The frame itself is nice and the pics look good if you click full resolution. OurPhoto is not as good. Only allows nine pics per upload, you have no control after that - can’t delete. Not good when you’ve sent the wrong pic and now it’s up to the frame owner to delete it (which can be hard for elderly to figure out). Many times I’ve gone to upload and only some of the nine actually show up (the thumbnail is blank so I have to delete it before hitting send or the frame will just show a blank pic). You can see what you sent in the messages part of OurPhoto but you can’t change any settings like time or when you want the frame to turn on or off. These are all controlled only on the frame. I do like that it has 16GB of storage per frame vs Nixplay’s 10 GB of storage shared between 5 frames. But Nixplay’s app is much more functional and user friendly.

The frame is great! Though wish the developers would make it so you can see what images and videos are on the frame from OurPhoto . You can currently upload images from OurPhoto but you can’t delete them. So would be nice if you could also delete media from OurPhoto . Would be nice if you could also set up playlists and be able to update software from OurPhoto .
Got the frame for my Grandma who does not know her way around electronics and would be amazing if I had more control via OurPhoto from afar. The NixPlay frame app seems to have more of these features.

The frame I got was simple and the pictures display nicely but the user interface is misleading. The procedure to sync photos to the frame is not clear (just kept hitting things till I got it right). Once you upload photos to the frame, there is no way to see which photos your frame has stored.I uploaded 9 photos (the stated limit) and one of them was not cropped properly so wanted to replace that one. In OurPhoto , it looked like I had to reupload all 9 photos again so I did and then the frame had 18 photos so I had to delete the photos I didn’t want from the frame 1 by 1.
Also the user interface on the frame itself is not intuitive either, but I’ll save that for a different review tho.

I would avoid using OurPhoto if possible.

I think a lot of these reviews might be older, seems like they’ve updated OurPhoto ! I’ve not had any problems sending pictures.

Not a big fan of having to use a .cn republic of China email address to send my photos to the frame. Overall a great product, despite misspelled words on the onscreen instructions ;)

I was so nervous about OurPhoto because of all the bad reviews. We’ve had no problems! I’m so glad because the frame had such great reviews; you want OurPhoto to work well too. I’m not sure why it’s so bad for some and fine for others. But I’m grateful it’s working well for us. Maybe they’ve worked out some of the bugs.

I really like OurPhoto , but I would LOVE it if there were a few changes. For one, I’d like the ability to add/edit a caption for a picture after it’s been uploaded. Also, it’d be ideal to be able to send more than 9 pictures at a time. Fortunately, the pictures send pretty quickly to the digital frame. I think it’d be convenient to be able to delete pictures on the device from your phone too. Overall it’s a good app! We really love the digital frame itself.

OurPhoto works as advertised. I set the frame up in my grandmother’s apartment and sent instructions to all our family members on how to send photos via email and app. I use OurPhoto to accept bindings request. Most family members use email. For the last week family members have been able to add photos with no issues. My only complaint is the documentation is poorly translated but once you get past that the frame and app work very well.

I still haven’t even gotten my email to confirm myself as a user. I’ve logged out and back in about 100 times, deleted OurPhoto and reinstalled it multiple times, and dug through my emails multiple times. Very frustrated and can’t get the website to work either - it’s not letting me click on the support option.

We are enjoying OurPhoto and my mother is loving the photos we send. OurPhoto is a little clunky to operate because you have to almost restart it to send more photos. I swipe it up and out or it doesn’t allow me to choose more photos to send. But the pictures are clear and the frame easy to use and intuitive. I do have one question about OurPhoto - why the picture of the bedroom when I open it up? I can’t change it and it’s not even very attractive. You would think we could change the photo on the “cover page”. But no, it looks like a hotel room, really. What gives?

OurPhoto is getting so many negative reviews, but I’ve been using it for the last 3 days and it works fine. May be not an amazing Customer experience but functionality is there. Methods of adding email address is kind of old, but works. Support helps promptly so that to me is good as well.

I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before downloading OurPhoto. We received our digital picture frame as a gift, and I was so excited about it that I had pictures in it within half-an-hour. There was one point of frustration when I couldn’t get the frame id to work, but my 9-year-old grandson noticed I was using the wrong frame id. The clarity and resolution of the pictures are excellent. Be aware that full screen viewing will crop the tops and bottoms of your pictures, so I don’t recommend using that feature. I also discovered that landscape pictures fill the screen better than portrait pictures. Overall I am very happy with the frame and OurPhoto .

For those that keep having to close OurPhoto to add more photos, try this. Go to your phone settings and find the this app app. Click on it and go to Photos. Make sure you have All Photos toggled and NOT Selected Photos. Hope this hells someone.

Can’t get OurPhoto to behave the same way twice. To this point I have no idea what it’s done or doing

OurPhoto does not work

Downloaded app and had a hard time binding to the photo frame. Once bound, I was able to send some photos to the frame. We turned off and tried logging back on few days later and it wouldn’t let us. Keeps saying “unknown error.” Tried unbinding the frame, deleting OurPhoto , re-downloading OurPhoto , NOTHING would work!!

I agree. OurPhoto doesn’t work at all—stuck on 0.1% upload. Emails don’t really work either. My advice is to not buy this digital photo frame.

I came up with about a 100 names and says it already exists, won’t let me link my phone to the device. Very annoying

Got the digital frame for Christmas and can’t even set up because OurPhoto doesn’t work. Not happy and will be sending the frame back! When selling a product developers need to make sure their app works or have an alternate method for creating an account.

Wish I could give this zero stars! Was able to set up an account, send two pics, then nothing. Not able to sign in, nor can anyone in my family. Total waste of money (the digital frame) and OurPhoto is garbage. Customer service is useless. Will be contacting Amazon to demand refund on the frame!
Don’t waste your time or money!

It keeps turning my photos sideways and there is no way to turn them back. Also it would be nice to see what you have sent to different frames.

So far, OurPhoto is working. One major drawback is I cannot see what I’ve sent to the digital frames. I would like to know what I’ve sent to my in-laws and my parents so I don’t repeat.

I have dragon touch classic 10 and using our photo app. My frame id Is 2d7vsc. I have changed phones and needed to load Our Photo app on phone. My problem is I forgot my password and I can't it. I don't have verification code to change. How do I get pw changed?

Unknown error cannot sign in nor can users connected can upload to the device

OurPhoto app won’t allow me to send pics to frame. Frame suddenly doesn’t show up in bound devices. When trying to bind I get “in known error”. I get this sene error message as a drop down on everything I try. This has worked perfectly until now!

The photo I send is not the same size as the photo that appears on the frame. Tops of the photo are missing. very disappointing that you cannot know what will show on the frame

Trying to load photos from my iPhone and get a black screen. I can see all my pictures saved on the cloud using Apple photo but get a black in the ourphoto app.
