How to fix BizKeeper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BizKeeper app on iPhone
Update BizKeeper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BizKeeper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BizKeeper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BizKeeper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BizKeeper Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BizKeeper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BizKeeper App
1. On android, goto Settings » BizKeeper » click [Force Stop]

Update BizKeeper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BizKeeper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BizKeeper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BizKeeper.

Fix BizKeeper unable to contact server/ BizKeeper internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BizKeeper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BizKeeper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
