- The NetID buttons are broken and require changing the default browser to Safari to fix.

- Meal counts do not update without signing out and in again.

- The app displays an "authentication initialization failure" message every time it is opened, preventing users from doing anything on the app.

- The app conveys less information than Safer Illinois, with no way to see the latest test or vaccination status.

- There is a glitch on the opening pages of the Apple App that causes it to freeze up, making it difficult for new families/parents to utilize it for information.

Update Illinois app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Illinois iPhone app

Fix Illinois on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Illinois network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN
