I signed up aíralo esim plan before flying to Germany. It worked well during my stay there but when I arrived Spain , the data roaming was turned off and there was no internet connection. However I found the solution by turning on the data roaming. The problem now is I can’t open Airolo app now. The app shows ‘ response status code was unacceptable:403’ ‘try connection’

"[E]rror 38" has been preventing me from texting from Paris to USA for over six hours now. Airalo Help Center does not recognize "error 38." Google Pixel 7 whose OEM SMS worked without prep on Verizon in UK right before activating Airalo and crossing the Chunnel.
