How to fix Sportigo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sportigo app on iPhone
Update Sportigo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sportigo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sportigo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sportigo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sportigo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sportigo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sportigo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sportigo » click [Force Stop]

Update Sportigo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sportigo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sportigo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sportigo.

Fix Sportigo unable to contact server/ Sportigo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sportigo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sportigo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
