How to fix Knowt app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Knowt app on iPhone
Update Knowt app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Knowt iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Knowt on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Knowt network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Knowt app issues:

Force Stop the Knowt App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Knowt app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Knowt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Knowt App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Knowt app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Knowt.

Fix Knowt unable to contact server/ Knowt internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Knowt » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Knowt » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Knowt on android.
