No issues with customer service response, transferring funds nor interest earned is always paid on time. Would recommend to anyone interested in building a savings account.

Love Outlet and it gets updated often so I feel like the developers are really trying and care about it

2 stars because Outlet won’t load. It just opens and stays on the logo, nothing else. Is it down?

I like the concept so far. I haven’t tried to withdraw any money yet, so hopefully no issues with that as I’ve seen som me people have had.

I have uploaded my IDs so many times and it comes up as expired the next day. I also sent it by email as I was instructed and yet nothing ..
It is frustrating as I need my money and am unable to withdraw.

Before anything, let me say I’ve never written a review for an app & I’m not related to the devs at all. When I first got Outlet I wanted to test and make sure it was legit with the high interest payouts and such (And I advise you to do the same so you know for sure what you’re getting into). After confirming it worked I started to deposit more money. When a hiccup occurred, I was helped extremely quickly and efficiently. If you’ve ever worked a job where communication between departments was like trying to light water on fire you’d know just how frustrating it can get. EXCEPT this app! I was updated every step of the way in the most professional customer service I’ve ever experienced (& I’ve worked service for 6 years!!) They have excellent rates (lowest I’ve seen is 8% highest being 10% so far). If I had to find any fault in this app it would be how long it can take for money to transfer over. HOWEVER! That isn’t even Outlets fault, it’s because the banking system for transfers run on smoke signals it seems like.

All in all, this is an amazing app to put any amount of money into (spare or not) to earn & beat inflation. They have guides that break down exactly how this app pays out such high interest rates, a guide on depositing, etc.

But I’m just a guy writing my first review, find out for yourself and you’d agree!

Outlet was working perfectly fine until today when I updated to lastest software. Now when I try opening Outlet all I see is a WHITE SCREEN !!!! I can’t see my ACCOUNT or BALANCE AT ALL !! I’ve sent an email to them and even tried messaging them on Twitter. I hope the issues gets fixed soon!

Outlet needs a lot of work. It takes a very long time for your deposit to show up and when it does Outlet freeze up. The Communication with Outlet developer is generic and does not solve the issue. The concept it’s great if only Outlet will work.
I am going to hold off depositing any more money. The developer need to fix the issue fast because all of my contacts will move on and find another opportunity. I have stop promoting Outlet. This is why this app finances received two stars because they are not handling their business. I can’t believe your are New Yorker.

Update: Outlet is now working like it should. I am now thankful that the developer understand the need to get on top of this situation. I will keep monitoring Outlet .
Outlet will get another star for now. I will give it another month and review before I increase the star rating.

I spoke with customer service yesterday regarding my access issue. I have already established and account and deposited funds. For the first few days Outlet worked great I was able to see my balance no problem. I tried to view my balance yesterday am as Outlet tried to open the screen went white without displaying my balance. Later in the day I called and spoke with customer service and was told the problem is being worked on and should be repaired no problem. I continued to try throughout the evening and still unable to view my account. I called several times leaving a message on the voicemail and sending an email, no response. I would really like to give this app a try with larger investments but when there is no notification of system issues where you are unable to view your money makes one leary to invest more money.

Look this team is doing a hard work for all those people don’t believe go and do your search you can’t found a high interest account this take time everyone including me wanna see bigs numbers but this is a savings account little bit little earning remember this is no a investment account I get high % because I stay since the beginning I don’t take out the money I Just leave here and I saw they getting better but they need support share with your friends Outlet and the program is great

Now way is an app that has zero customer service getting any of my money. I’ve messaged these people over 10 times in the past month and have yet to get a single response. When I say zero customer service, that’s not an exaggeration. They literally appear not to have anyone you can talk to at all, ever. Luckily, none of my bank accounts will even link so they have not been able to get any of my money. I would be an idiot to send anyone money that won’t respond to me. Might as well be a junk e-mail scam at that point. What a joke, they should not even be operational if they are this poorly staffed. Just watch though, I bet they’ll have time to respond to another negative review.

I love the interest earned in the first month. The issue I have is some how they had an issue with my first bank account to cause a deposit to not go through. I was told I had to use a different account. Luckily I have a few. Got that account linked up and it took nearly 8 days to activate, then a week later something happened and had to confirm the account access again. They said it will take 24 hr but it’s been 4 days and still waiting for them to confirm so I can add funds.
I hope it gets better over time.

I never write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn you. Outlet has so many reoccurring issues ,and on top of that bad customer service. It will work when it wants to work. Not 100% of the time not 25% of the time you literally have to attempt and pray everyday you can withdraw/deposit money. They know they have multiple issue because they even sent me an email about their issues ,and I still haven’t heard back from my reply (weeks now reply). If you like playing roulette with having access to your money this is Outlet for you. I also suggest you download FanDuel and DraftKings if you like playing with money.

I’ve been using this app for months now and I really rely on it. However, I recently switched from Abdroid to iOS and I really miss all the possibilities to customize the widget... Since iOS widget makes adding my small and frequent expenses really slow, I believe that integration with Shortcuts app would make things a lot easier.

I love Outlet , its hard for me to use money tracking apps because I use more than one currency and is the first time that I can work with two currencies at the same time. Also, having the ability to add your bank is really convenient. I'm very impressed on how the spendee team has improved Outlet , these features are exactly what I needed.

I deposited $100 dollars in Outlet on the 28th. Once the money made it you would think you would be able to withdraw if you needed to. I’ve had $100 to process show up and everything but when I try to withdraw it says it’s pending. This makes me not trust Outlet and once I get my money back I will not be using it ever again. How it’s looking I may need a lawyer or something because I have contacted them once a day for a week and still nothing is resolved. They say I’m earning money but if I cannot access it that don’t matter.

Liking it so far. 👍👍 Probably the biggest hurdle for me is trusting digital currency.. I’m actually more of a real estate guy, but this is a great place for me to store funds while I’m getting ready to do another deal. Thanks this app for connecting us to a place where we can make a little bit of money while we wait.

Do you homework and you will see that the concept is amazing. Defi is one of the new ways banking will be done in the next few years. Great way to boost your income on cash sitting at a traditional bank earning less than .10% Try it you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!

Put $1100 into my account no problem, started earning interest no problem.

Soon to find out, there is little to no customer support (not exaggerating) so I decided to take my money elsewhere.

Initiated a withdrawal no problem, was told it’d take 1-3 days for my withdrawal to be completed. The day after making my withdrawal, the this app app shows a $0 balance, and it says the transfer was completed. Yet when I go into my bank account, there is no pending transaction, nor is there a completed transaction.

Seems to me my money vanished, and this app has been absolutely unresponsive to any of my inquires. Emails sent directly into a black hole, phone number connects you to nowhere, and the only responses I get from the in app support chat feature, was from a bot that was unable to help me in any way.

0/10 would not recommend to ANYBODY.

Edit: It took a long time to activate but my account is now running and generating interest. The reason I am only giving 3 stars for now is that the rate of return is MUCH slower so far than the percentage promised on the screen.

I want Outlet to work but it’s been over a week since I signed up and it still says wait 48 hours to be approved! Also the developers are not answering my requests for help. I will update my review if the account is activated and starts working!

Outlet has a bit to be desired. You should not have to delete Outlet to update it.

I've tried all of the ones I can and this app is absolutely the best! Gorgeous and intuitive UI and the ease-of-use factor certainly goes a long way. I just wish I could have more than one wallet for free, although every dev. needs to make their paycheck so I fully understand.
