I have been trying to withdraw but am unable
I have uploaded my IDs so many times and it comes up as expired the next day. I also sent it by email as I was instructed and yet nothing .. It is frustrating as I need my money and am unable to withdraw.

No way
Now way is an app that has zero customer service getting any of my money. I’ve messaged these people over 10 times in the past month and have yet to get a single response. When I say zero customer service, that’s not an exaggeration. They literally appear not to have anyone you can talk to at all, ever. Luckily, none of my bank accounts will even link so they have not been able to get any of my money. I would be an idiot to send anyone money that won’t respond to me. Might as well be a junk e-mail scam at that point. What a joke, they should not even be operational if they are this poorly staffed. Just watch though, I bet they’ll have time to respond to another negative review.

Please don’t get this app
I never write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn you. This app has so many reoccurring issues ,and on top of that bad customer service. It will work when it wants to work. Not 100% of the time not 25% of the time you literally have to attempt and pray everyday you can withdraw/deposit money. They know they have multiple issue because they even sent me an email about their issues ,and I still haven’t heard back from my reply (weeks now reply). If you like playing roulette with having access to your money this is the app for you. I also suggest you download FanDuel and DraftKings if you like playing with money.
