my shots aren’t unploading and neither is my profile picture

lately when I switch to the new tab feature the tab won't start. If I switch to the old tab the tab will play. Any recommendations on how to fix this issue.

I would like to have Guitar, bass and piano. But it looks like some how I have ukelele instead of Bass. I cannot seem to figure out how to change that. I just renews for the year. And even when I had the option to pick a plan. It would not even show the difference between plans. How can this be accomplished. I have also had a very difficult time with the app. It seems like it just closes automatically right in the middle of a performance that is extremely annoying. If this cannot be fixed, I will dump this app and use something else. Please help me find a solution so I can continue to enjoy the app I like the most Which is yours

Hi, the ‘listen’ feature is not working .. comes up saying you are working on bringing it back. Can you please advise when this will be working again on iOS iPhones? I really miss this feature. My phone is an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Many thanks, Coralie

The ‘listen’ function (opens corresponding YouTube video from tab) is not working, has not been for a few weeks now. I press it and nothing happens.

Audio not working on all of my songs

I'm running UG on an Apple IPad. I recently upgraded and now the App doesn't autoscroll smoothly like it used to. It just jumps, suddenly to the next section, leaving me in the dust..... Also, i try and switch the song playback off, or mute it in the bottom Left, but no matter what i do, when i switch off and come back to the song, i get lift music.....also not a great result at gigs. I only really use this product for the lyrics, so......can't say i'm over the moon. SO frustrating as i'm using it for gigs. Not to mention i paid for the Pro Version Does anyone know how to resolve these issues? Or Uninstall and re-install the app on the Ipad? Can you do that? Will it solve the problem? When I try to print from paid app on my phone it prints blank

I can no longer send a tab to another program. I have always been able to send a tab to “OnSong”, but now this option has disappeared! I’m a paid up subscriber. What has happened?

My Guitar Tabs app locks almost every time I use it.The back button won't allow me to go back when this happens, plus nothing else in the app works.

with the update it works but ........ I can't download the TAB messages " tab Unavailable unknown error from a native module" so almost unusable

Page keeps freezing and goes black. The selection pages are very slow or just don’t load and alphabet not selector is not working!

When I go to play a gig and am off wifi, the song titles come up but when you select a song it says tab unavailable, type error. I got to a gig and had no access to my song lyrics. Big problem for me. Selecting a letter from the list also does not work.

Nothing is working correctly

a lot of the same issues, but mine is I use to be able to pull songs up offline not anymore!!! I have a lot of time in my play list that I can no longer use. What upsets me the most is how I loved and talked this app up,till now.

When I try to print or share a tab, the app crashes. The screen goes black, and it closes the app. Every device I use, iPad, phone, laptop, desktop. Even using different browser’s didn’t help. It works one time then it doesn’t the next. I’ve never been able to get a drum tab to work properly, it only loads half of it, or it just automatically crashes when I switch to drums.

The app is very slow. The ability to jump from A to any other alphabet letter doesn’t work. It used to but the updates fixed it so it is no longer functional. When I try to flip scroll from A to S for instance I often get a black screen and have to exit app and restart to see songs again. Please advise what is going on.

App used to function perfectly for my needs. Very clunky now. I have reverted to saving lyrics in “notes” on My Ipad. Having to duplicate what I’ve already paid for is not only redundant but frustrating. Do better or as our former First Lady used to say BE BEST.

The app is glitchy. By that I mean it hesitates to load, it crashes for no reason and the screen freezes without warning. I have found any fix when I search these symptoms. thanks ed

Ultimate guitar does not find a tab when i write a singer. Till here I 'll find easily every tab, but now it does not work. Could you tell me what is the problem, and what i must do to repair the application. Thank you for helping me.

Tab not highlighting right away. It brings tab up several times because of tapping on the tab several times and then play will not work.

The share option, under "More" is missing. I have used it in the past. I want to export from Ultimate Guitar to Onsong.

For at least a week now, I am not able to get the app to open up on my iPad. It used to work perfectly fine, but now all I get is a black screen. My iPad is old and will no longer get updates, I think my last iPad update was 12.9? Is this the problem? Time for a new iPad? Would like to know for sure, if someone could get back to me. I tried deleting and reopening the app and then changed my password all to no avail. Bloody hell, think I just paid recently for another year.

I delete and download app because I get a black screen only when opening, but even after doing this I still get a black screen? ideas? Thanks

I use the app live and have cellular on my iPad. I get “tab not available during shows which is an issue . Happen both with cellular and WiFi. Time to go shopping?

Speed and transposition keep resetting ever time I open/close the song, and now I'm unable to save any other songs as it tells me there is no internet connection (which this definitely is!). Basic trouble shooting didn't fix anything, so almost all the perks of this app are now defunct :/

For some time now I have been unable to load tabs in Microsoft Edge. They just want to buffer and not load. I do not experience this same issue using FireFox. Any idea how to load in Edge? Thanks...

My saved changes including key changes keep reverting back to original keys. I’ve tried to re-save them etc but nothing is working. What happened? This is impossible for a performer who uses your app for set lists. Please fix this or tell me how to keep it from happening! Thanks

When I use the chord transpose feature it used stay in the new chord selection that I made. Now each time I go back to play the song again say the next day the chords have reverted back to the original setting and I have to transpose again. Also the speed selection will revert back. I can’t figure this out in the settings. Wondering if you can help. Thanks

Neither the speed toggles nor the transpose settings are working. That’s quite annoying …
