- Not geared toward beginners at all.

- Needs to have more songs for picking, with a pick.

- My card was accidentally charged for the ONE YEAR subscription for this app.

- Giving the run around when requesting a refund.

- App crashes when clicking on anything.

- Website only asks to sign up for a “free trial” and then it’s over priced.

To resolve Guitar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Guitar App
1. On android, goto Settings » Guitar » click [Force Stop]

Clear Guitar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Guitar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Guitar.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Guitar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Guitar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Guitar
