I have 3 tcl air conditioners. The first two AC I add to the app work just fine, the third I add doesn't work through the app. I tried removing and adding again the ACs with a different order, but the problem remains. Whichever the 3rd AC is, it doesn't work through the app. But all of them can work with the app if they are the first or second, tried all orders.

I have been using TCL Home for a year without any problem. Suddenly, the app is always trying to connect to TCL server. When occasionally it connects my Air Condioners can not be controlled by the app (pressing commands have no effects). I have tried with different phones to no avail. I have Android 13 and android 12 Oneplus phones. My TCL app email address is design1@redacted (United States account). Please help urgently as I have 8 WIFI Air Conditioners that can not be controlled by the app anymore.
