I was charged for my subscription twice. One a discounted price and the other one at regular price. Can you please refund my money for the subscription at regular price. Thank you.

I have unsubscribed before my free trial ended but I was still being charged for it. I saw a Bloom app on a Facebook ad about a week ago. I decided to do a trial and provided my credit card information as required there. When I was installing the app on my iPhone. It automatically went to Apple Pay. After using the free trial for 4-5 days, I decided to unsubscribe on my ApplePay. And it had been done. Since I had also given my credit card information, I was going to ensure that my free trial is also cancelled there. I was following the step of stopping subscription on credit card advised on the email by going to the app and cancel it on ENTRIES. However the app didn't allow me to do that as I had stopped my subscription on Apple Pay. When I checked my bank account today, apparently my credit card is still charged for the subscription. Please advise how I can get my refund as I didn't intend to continue after my free trial and the app didn't allow me to cancel the subscription on credit card, although it had been done on Apple Pay before the free trial period ended. Thank you. Zaki A. Ibrahim

Urgent help! I signed up for the free trial and it was stated that I would get 7 days and not be charged if cancelled within 7 days and it charged the full amount straight away!! I absolutely livid and will take further action if not refunded immediately. I have not used the app since signing up. Please help!

I have been billed for a year like others have said even though I cancelled the subscription I’d like to join in the future when my financial situation is better but right now me and my family have been hit hard financially so quite frankly I can’t afford it. Please refund me as soon as possible

I want a refund immediately. The app said that it would tell me when I would be charged for a full year after my trial period but it did not inform me. It looks like this Bloom does this to everyone over and over again. I expect my yearly membership cancelled since I didn’t sign up for it and my money refunded. Thank you.

Really unimpressed! Trialed the app. Didn’t use it and there was no reminder about the subscription ending. A whole year is charged this such a con! If a reminder and maybe a month was taken fair enough. I would like contact details immediately as to who I can speak to about refunding this.

I was charged twice for my subscription. I bought a subscription at a discounted price. When I try to use the app, it kept saying “oops something went wrong.” I rebought it at the regular price because I thought it didn’t go through the first time. Later, I noticed I had two charges on my bank account. One at the discounted price I wanted and one at the regular price. Can you please refund my money for the subscription at the regular price? Thanks.

Hi Bloom team, I meant to cancel my 1 week trial but i got charged for the year yesterday because the app had said it will tell me at day five that i would be charged and i was given no such notification. If this can be corrected that would be great. Thank you

I currently have a student that uses this app, but has limited access will on computers. My question is what is the Apps website address so I can add it to his "trusted sites" for access? Thanks

Hi Bloom support, I am enjoying your app. However, I didn’t realise it was already the subscription date without any email reminders. I am happy to pay per month. Could I please be put on month by month subscription instead? I saw this was an option on iPhone. Can you please advice on how to do this so I can get a partial refund? Thank you, Kind regards, Natasha

I signed up for the free trial through the App Store, but the app doesn’t acknowledge that I signed up. Now I don’t know how to cancel.

Hi. I’ve been billed for a year after cancelling my free trial within the 7 day period. Could you please advise me on what to do as it was a bill I wasn’t expecting and has left me overdrawn

No ability to see past entries

UPDATE: I received a response, however nothing has changed. I still don’t see any entries besides check-ins. Also, I’m stuck on repeat for the second time since I started. The Morning Show part has been the exact same one for days now. It’s supposed to be a different one daily. I keep saying this in feedback after the session, which apparently, no on actually reads. Once, it was the same one for a week. So instead of calming me or motivating me for the day, I’m aggravated and don’t want to bother with this. Neither of these issues are hard to fix, so you must not care. Other than check-ins, you’re asked to do a daily intention and answer other self-reflecting questions. All of that is great but no way to go back and reflect on any of it. I want to see what I’ve written. I have to screenshot any answers or intentions and since I didn’t know I had to do this at first, I’ve lost the first few days. I want to see if I’ve done my intentions and how far I’ve come. I’ve reached out to support and on the second attempt, I was told it’s being “worked on”. Now eta of when resolved given. I’ve now asked twice for a timeframe because if this is not fixed soon, I would like a refund. Too bad, because there is potential here. I can’t keep taking screenshots of every answer. Disappointed.

Great idea too many technical issues

I’ve been using Bloom off and on for a few months and it’s been a good introduction to CBT. I think I’m going to soon look for another resource though, for two reasons: one, the app is very glitchy; two, the categories are inflexible and hard to adapt. Unfortunately, reason number one has just gotten worse. Just today I’ve had to reinstall the app because it wouldn’t open. Even after reinstalling the app crashed once and also had a glitch where I couldn’t scroll down to see all the categories. I’m not even through with the session so I imagine the session will also be interrupted by the usual choppy audio and skipping of sections (when the video section goes into a writing section it often just skips forward not allowing you to write anything). It’s interesting that they would test out such underdeveloped and unreliable software on people seeking emotional help. I try to enjoy the irony of this in order to get through, but the joke is wearing thin. And... it just froze several more times and skipped another writing section. I’m gonna look for another resource.

No way to cancel free trial in app

I downloaded this on a whim and realized quickly the format isn’t a good fit for me. I cannot believe no where on the app or website is a place to edit your subscription information. How can you promote a free trial and explicit rules to cancel before it is up to not be charged but then not offer a way to cancel it? I had wrongly assumed this would be the case. The website has a contact us button that links the a privacy policy and is not functioning. There is no where else that an email or phone number is offered to get in touch. My only choice was to respond back to the automated welcome email and ask for help but I doubt that will get a response. I feel like the app is trying to be too minimalist and design focused that it lacks basic functionality like contact or account information. Do not download this if you aren’t sure about it or don’t have the money for the yearly subscription because chances are I’m going to need to dispute this with my credit card.
