How to fix Picture Bird app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Picture Bird app on iPhone
Update Picture Bird app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Picture Bird iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Picture Bird on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Picture Bird network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Picture Bird Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Picture Bird not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Picture Bird App
1. On android, goto Settings » Picture Bird » click [Force Stop]

Update Picture Bird to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Picture Bird App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Picture Bird » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Picture Bird.

Fix Picture Bird unable to contact server/ Picture Bird internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Picture Bird » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Picture Bird » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Picture Bird
