MyOncor is horrible and a waste of our money sense we are paying for it. Oncor doesn’t keep up with anything where I live tree trimming, lines and power goes out about once a month and sometimes more often and MyOncor only works when it wants to just like Oncor. Prices for there service goes up and quality goes down.

It’s nice to look at all the features as it relates to a commercial business. The monthly billing display and ease of creating an outage is very streamlined and user friendly. I can see kW and power factor on the front page and even outage reasons and work orders. Great addition for customer service.

My power is out and I can’t get MyOncor to work. When I try to add my location, it won’t confirm and add. It’s requesting confirmation of the phone and e-mail but it’s not even displaying the e-mail on the screen. It’s displaying the address, my name and my phone number. It isn’t even displaying an e-mail address line. If I open the Edit screen to Save, it wipes out my address and leaves a period on the line. Grrrr....What good is it if you can’t use it when you need it most?

They need to spend some time working on how the alerts and other overlays look. Cannot see bottom of message and scrolling not working for small screen iPhone. Not everyone used a monster screen. The displays should be adjustable but they are not. Just a total lack of debugging. Really unprofessional!

When clicking on the text message sent from Oncor with an invitation to download their app, you may/will be prompted to download Microsoft’s Sharepoint app. Instead of stalling Sharepoint, scroll towards the bottom of the page and click on MyOncor Store or go directly to MyOncor Store and search for Oncor.

Is next to impossible to contact Oncor in this regard without lots of digging.

I had the pleasure of being woken up by my wife to tell me the power was out..at 2 AM 🤦‍♂️ Anyways, MyOncor. is great! I reported the outage and started receiving texts alerts shortly thereafter.

My I-phone will not download the new updates because it’s too old. Box appears giving me choice to use older version but it does not function. So I have an app I cannot use unless I spend all kinds of money for a new phone.

As a preliminary matter, MyOncor requires you to register yout address and phone number, along with the name of the retail electric provider at your adress. Although I carefully and correctly entered all this information, MyOncor continued to give me an error message that my information was incorrect. Useless app, but you get what you pay for since it's free

Love the ability to report from my cell but the “updated” App appears to not be compatible with my iPhone 6. Why? Seems presumptuous to assume everyone has updated.

This gives me ability to report outages in 3 clicks total. Pretty well organized lightweight app brings lot of value to users.

Since the latest update, Adding my information is convoluted then when getting to step three it locks up unable to proceed I’m not able to use MyOncor or report power outages if I could give this a zero stars I would’ve

MyOncor is so great! I can’t wait to use it if there’s a power outage (but also hope I never have to!). Love the informative video too.

MyOncor limits you to only 24 ESDI locations. I have over 35 that I need to monitor.

I have been trying to submit a power outage report for the past hour. We have been without power for over 8 hours now. The submit feature isn’t working at all and doesn’t appear to be coded properly.

Great way to be connected with Oncor to report outages or for any other services . Very easy to use MyOncor .

My iPhone tops out at iOS 12. Do I need to buy a new iPhone to use MyOncor?

Latest update - app was working before latest update - now won’t work “Must have iOS 13.2” my phone is up to date but unable to go back to previous version before update - verify you are on iOS 13.2 before you download - Not good

App is super helpful when the power goes out! Snappy. Way to go Oncor!

MyOncor sends you to a website for outages as before. There is no reason to download it and give your information to a third party website developer that laces their app with five star reviews.

MyOncor should get a zero. Can’t even associate with our residence. Zero zero zero stars!!!!
