My power is out and I can’t get this app to work. When I try to add my location, it won’t confirm and add. It’s requesting confirmation of the phone and e-mail but it’s not even displaying the e-mail on the screen. It’s displaying the address, my name and my phone number. It isn’t even displaying an e-mail address line. If I open the Edit screen to Save, it wipes out my address and leaves a period on the line. Grrrr....What good is it if you can’t use it when you need it most?

As a preliminary matter, the app requires you to register yout address and phone number, along with the name of the retail electric provider at your adress. Although I carefully and correctly entered all this information, the app continued to give me an error message that my information was incorrect. Useless app, but you get what you pay for since it's free

Since the latest update, Adding my information is convoluted then when getting to step three it locks up unable to proceed I’m not able to use the app or report power outages if I could give this a zero stars I would’ve
