PhotoShare Frame v2 Reviews

Spent 45 mins on the phone with the manufacture for them to tell me there is an issue with the iPhone app and it will NOT connect to any frames . They then go on to say that they can add the frame to my app by opening a ticket which would take time for them to add….but anyone else who wants to add the frame to their app they would then have to call the company and do the same thing of sitting on hold and having the frame manually added😂🤦‍♀️ I purchased 4 to give as Xmas presents and have returned them as they are not user friendly and they do not know when PhotoShareFramev2 will be fixed.

I️ cannot get my app to recognize my frame ID. I’ve tried to upload photos in so many ways and can only do it through my desktop. The email is not working, PhotoShareFramev2 doesn’t recognize the frame ID, and on the desktop, I️ can only do one at a time. I️ bought so the whole family could share to these and it’s been a headache! The original, highly rated app is “not available in my area” I️ live in the US, where I️ bought the frame. Please fix!!!

After downloading PhotoShareFramev2 , registering my account PhotoShareFramev2 won’t even connect to my frame. This has got to be the worst app and frame ever it’s worthless if you can’t put anything on it. Don’t waste your time or money

Love that now I can add Disney stickers and borders to my photos!! Plus, can crop, and add filters - way more private than Instagram :)

Been trying to use PhotoShareFramev2 for 30mins already-uploaded photos, and they’re not showing on the frame. Why is this so complicated and difficult?

I love the frame and PhotoShareFramev2 I have yet to have any problems with the frame or PhotoShareFramev2 !!!

I bought two frames and PhotoShareFramev2 will not connect with either of them.

Love the frame & app. Would love the ability to scroll through pics faster with a scroll bar and have month/year timestamps on the scroll bar - much like what is in the pics app on your phone- to make it easier to go back to a specific timeframe instead of having to scroll through all the pics every time to add. Also would love an indicator that shows what frame the pics are on when scrolling. Trying to figure it out for multiple frames is hard. I do truly love this and am happy to have the overall ease of sharing pics with family at a distance.

This photo frame makes it so easy to share photos! Sending them is super easy and on the frame itself it is very user friendly. Loving sending photos to my family far away!

I LOVE the idea of this digital frame however these are just a couple things I feel need improvement.
The photos on our phone have albums but the frame doesn’t give you that option to access them. And I have over 4K photos on my phone. So that’s a little inconvenient. Also, even though I have the setting on shuffle with over 500 photos it still repeats a lot of the same pics. That said
It is very easy to use and I DO LOVE IT!

It would be nice to have a button to push when adding new pictures. The request to add or change selection does not consistently become available or “pops-up” which is frustrating when wanting to update pics. Another idea would be if pictures would reflect which frame you’ve sent them to.

We have a five your old that is very busy with activities all the time. She is also learning so much like riding without trainings, cart wheels, etc. With this photo frame and app we are able to share all those moments with her great grandmother. Once you are set up it is super easy to send them right over.

So we give PhotoShareFramev2 to our kids and from time to time new pictures just show up. Now we need to give one to my folks so we can share with them, too. It’s so easy to share pictures from PhotoShareFramev2 .

Since my Dad has unfortunately had to go to long term care this has been a wonderful addition to his room. We can keep him up to date with all the pics we want. The frame and PhotoShareFramev2 are simple to use.

It would really be helpful if PhotoShareFramev2 allowed you to access the favorite photos on your phone!! It would save soooooo much time than having to scroll through thousands of images to select the ones to share to the frame.

This was a Christmas gift from my husband and has brought me joy at every glance!! It’s also very easy to send pics to it from PhotoShareFramev2 , which says a lot coming from me, who is a disgrace to technology.

I absolutely love my frame…. I have picked pictures of my family and friends and all day I feel so blessed and close to everyone and the best memories of each picture!! This frame has been a Godsend for me

We are really enjoying our unit! We have it located where we see it numerous times a day. It brings back a ton of great memories as well as we enjoy reading and re-reading scripture & sayings’ “pictures”.

My brother that lives out of town got this frame for me and my mom as a gift, and it’s so awesome to see friendly faces all day long. PhotoShareFramev2 also makes using the frame a breeze, which is awesome:)

This not just another digital frame to display images. Could not have known how fun it would be to see photos for the first time submitted by family.

I really didn’t think I would use a digital frame. But I am LOVING it. All the pictures on my phone just now pop up randomly and I’m enjoying them!!

I got this for my in-laws. We all liked it so much, they gave one to my husband and me for our anniversary. Super easy to use and great customer service for the picture frame.

This is an awesome picture frame. I am able to get pictures from my family so I don’t miss out on any milestone of my Grandchildren.

I sent a comment to the Support staff on how to get videos on the display frame two days ago and still no response.
The instructions that came with the display frame are grossly inadequate.
I still need the instructions on the perimeters on displaying videos.

Love that my kids and grandkids can send pictures to me and they’re out for everyone to see!

I would like to see the photos checked when you’ve already sent them to a frame, like the last version of PhotoShareFramev2 did.

App needs a way to see what pictures have previously been sent to different frames. Also when I change to a different app (ie: my photo reel) and come back, I should be able to pick up where I left off and not have to scroll again.

This would quickly become a 5 star review if I was able to see which photos I had already sent to frames like the previous app did. I love being able to send photos to my family and friends with the frames!

When looking to go back on your photo scroll PhotoShareFramev2 has to download the picture, it does so with out selecting the picture then puts you back to the top of your most recent picture. Likewise when clicking on a picture to see it bigger if you chose not to select it it kicks you back to top of your picture scroll and deselects all the previously chosen pictures. It maddening!!! It really makes it only possible to chose most recent pics so if you want to load one up with pics as a gift you can forget it unless you want to lost your mind.

I liked it at the beginning but then it would glitch and say I was sending more than 50 photos (only allowed 50 at one time) when I would only select like 16. Also, if it glitches it goes to the very latest of your photos in your album rather than the place you were at. I wish it had capability to go to your favorites album or go to certain dates (year & month), so you don’t have to scroll for half hour of photos.

At first it was a great and worked super well. And then I got a new phone which meant I had to install PhotoShareFramev2 on my new phone and log back in. Well now not a single email of mine works for it to log in. I tried to find help and good luck with that ha. Takes you to a blank page basically. I went as far as making a new account and then it wouldn’t log me in with the information I just used to set up a new account. So I don’t get to ever add more photos to my frame. Pretty lame.

I recently returned home from a lengthy vacation overseas. Having taken hundreds of photos I have found that Photo Share was the solution to all my needs. Not only can I display my photos with descriptions of my travels for my house guests to see. I am able to share them with friends across the country!

I absolutely love this! I received it as a Birthday gift. I share photos back in forth with my family. It’s nice to have since I no longer have enough space for photos.

The only complaint I have is I set a designated time for the photos slide show to stop and it exceeds the time that I have alotted. Can u offer any instructions to tweet this bug? Otherwise I would give it a 100%. Instead I rate it a 90%

Idk why they couldn’t just update the old PSF app to be compatible with the newer frames. This new one is lacking is several kind of important features that the original had: the ability to see photos you’ve already sent. Also, if a photo in your library was in icloud and you try to select it, it auto scrolls all the way to the top of your photo library. Very helpful for when I wanna add photos from 10 years and thousands of photos ago. Thanks :)

Photoshare is a great alternative to photo frames all around. I love seeing photos of my family and friends but I don’t have an abundance of space to properly place framed photos. The photoshare frame allows me to store hundreds of pictures in one frame. It is a space saving win, win!

This is app is horrible and I honestly don’t know how it has this many good reviews. Selecting photos is incredibly buggy. Sometimes when I select a photo it suddenly says I’ve selected three times as many. If I select a photo with a cloud icon it scrolls all the way to the top and deselects everything I had previously chosen. It seriously takes four to five times to finally get the photos selected that I want to send to a frame. And even then there’s a 50% chance that PhotoShareFramev2 crashes. When it works it’s good, but that’s a BIG “if”. I have contacted support at least three times explaining in painstaking detail how to reproduce the bugs and they keep ignoring it or saying it’s an issue in iOS (it definitely is not.) One would think that an app whose main purpose is to select photos would focus on making sure that worked correctly. I don’t think this software has ever been tested by the people actually developing it. God I hate using PhotoShareFramev2 so much.

I got this frame two years ago for Christmas. PhotoShareFramev2 is so easy to put pictures on your frame. I love it because you don’t have to connect it plug it in. It’s just there and it puts it on my frame very easily. I would recommend this to anybody it’s terrific.

I have the larger frame and have to try three plus times before the picture downloads to the frame. This is very frustrating. I have a smaller frame and there is no issue.

When I first got it, it wasn’t working properly but then they fixed some kinks with good communications that I had with them and now I can load up a lot of pictures at a time and it’s very easy.

I am thrilled with my photo frame! It is so easy to set up. It is easy to send pictures to the frame. What an enjoyment to view the images from our family. A gift that keeps on giving.

I love how easy it is to add pictures from my phone to my photo frame at home! We have enjoyed seeing our favorite pictures and videos on a continuous loop! It is a great way to showcase and remember all of our special moments without taking up too much room. We could never display that many photos in frames!!!

My kids gave me this Wi-Fi photo frame for Christmas and it’s the best gift that keeps on giving! So fun to have a way to cherish & recall memories through your pictures as they randomly display in the frame. The entire family can connect and send pictures to me! Love love love this!

It is super easy to set up and family sends pics very easily. However. It would be nice to take pics out of the option when sending new pics so I don’t send duplicates. But definitely something perfect for grandparents and we gave ours to great grandparents and they are thrilled!

I’ve wasted HOURS trying to get this frame and app to work. I’ve reset to factory settings multiple times and nothing works to get the photos from PhotoShareFramev2 to the frame. I’ve gone through the company’s troubleshooting. I’m fluent in technology. My best guess is that PhotoShareFramev2 just simply does not work with iPhones, perhaps because iPhones use HEIC format versus JPEG for photos. Either that, or I got a faulty frame. I also have some serious privacy concerns related to the email addresses generated for sending photos to the frame. PhotoShareFramev2 does not let you login to that email address. I’ve sent photos to the photoshare email address and they seem to be lost in an abyss (they never appear on the frame or PhotoShareFramev2 ). Get your stuff together “Simply Smart Home”. This has been the single most frustrating event of my holiday.

It looks really nice in my living room. We bought this present for our family member and he loves it. The only two disadvantages for this item are, the item is a little too pricy and it’s sometimes hard to upload videos onto PhotoShareFramev2 /item. Overall it was worth it. It can hold 5000 photos by the way.

The frame is easy to setup & use. Nice to see pictures on a larger screen. The reason I held back one star is because the random program seems to favor certain pictures. Some come up 2-3 times in 10 minutes. It would be better if the program ran all the pictures in random order without any repeats then run through them all in a different order.

It’s easy to use but it’s limited. I wish I could use Albums. For example, during holidays or a specific season, I would like to set it to only cycle through a specific album. So, during Christmas I could only see the Christmas related album or during a birthday, only the album with the birthday person. If that feature was added it would be perfect.

I gifted myself this PhotoShare frame for Christmas so that my kids could send family pics of the grandkids to us any time. Setup was super easy for me to do for PhotoShareFramev2 on my IPhone and took less than 10 minutes. Picture quality is great on the frame and it’s been easy for family to send us pics. I’m so glad I ignored the reviews saying this doesn’t work with IPhones because it definitely DOES! (Mine is IPhone 11). Highly recommend this as a gift for parents or grandparents who would love to get family pics sent to them at any time.

This frame and the ability to have others send photos to it is exceptional. That is also true of the quality and the ease of getting others to be able to participate in adding photos. Wonderful product that brings tons of happiness!

I enjoy my pics and videos every day. It is centrally located in house. So I walk by it many times in a day . Always fun to see what picture or video is on the screen. Makes me smile. I have also uploaded pictures I took of another picture. It is very clear and nice to see the memory. I bought one for my granddaughter so we can share to each others frame . If I had to trouble shoot something and needed help . I got a reply pretty fast.

Easy to operate and upload from your phone. I do wish I could keep track of photos I’ve shared with my daughters frame however. I bought her and I frames but I hate how I can’t tell what pictures I’ve already set! Other than that in love with all the features.
