Need someone to contact me about my frame. Less than a year old and having issues
The quality of this PhotoShare product has gone downhill. Customer service doesn’t exist !!! The product is not cheap and why would you charge $5 for on line help after paying $100 plus for the product and it is brand new. We own 13 photo frames from years back and it worked great and purchase a few more this year for friends and family this year. Go figure now there are issues with downloads, trying to connect and share pictures!!! Would be nice if they post the reasons of why they don’t answer the phones, why they are charging $5 for online support and why is the product not working. Guess it is time to notify BBB.

At first it was a great and worked super well. And then I got a new phone which meant I had to install the app on my new phone and log back in. Well now not a single email of mine works for it to log in. I tried to find help and good luck with that ha. Takes you to a blank page basically. I went as far as making a new account and then it wouldn’t log me in with the information I just used to set up a new account. So I don’t get to ever add more photos to my frame. Pretty lame.

Spent 45 mins on the phone with the manufacture for them to tell me there is an issue with the iPhone app and it will NOT connect to any frames . They then go on to say that they can add the frame to my app by opening a ticket which would take time for them to add….but anyone else who wants to add the frame to their app they would then have to call the company and do the same thing of sitting on hold and having the frame manually added😂🤦♀️ I purchased 4 to give as Xmas presents and have returned them as they are not user friendly and they do not know when the app will be fixed.

I️ cannot get my app to recognize my frame ID. I’ve tried to upload photos in so many ways and can only do it through my desktop. The email is not working, the app doesn’t recognize the frame ID, and on the desktop, I️ can only do one at a time. I️ bought so the whole family could share to these and it’s been a headache! The original, highly rated app is “not available in my area” I️ live in the US, where I️ bought the frame. Please fix!!!
