let me upload one photo.. now there is no option to delete that photo or to even upload more.. makes BiuFrame effectively useless

I have NEVER been so FRUSTRATED!!! I have tried to find the Frame ID. I have tried numbers from the box, I tried the numbers on the back of the frame but it’s only 9 numbers. This was a Christmas gift from my Son. I am also NOT impressed with the cheap PLASTIC frame that Tries to look like WOOD. This is going back FOR SURE! I am sure I can find a Cloud Photo Frame that isn’t so CHEAP and LACK of information-Frame ID that should be clearly stated on the back of the frame. I got the Biu Frame User Guide but it doesn’t match BiuFrame setup at all. All around CHEAP frame and Worthless User Guide. AMAZON should NOT offer this PRODUCT, I thought they had higher standards!! This is one of I could give 0 Stars or Negative Stars, I would!!! Never have I EVER gotten something of such POOR Quality all around!!!

Yes … such low cheap technology— app is useless

Must delete everything— you would think that in 2024 — with a App I could create my pics — I want shown

I cannot get the id frame number

App is very minimal. It doesn’t allow you to view the photos and videos you’ve uploaded. Which I feel is important. Also I have uploaded into BiuFrame and it’s been a solid 2 hours and nothing has been uploaded to the frame. It’s nice when it works but so far it has yet to work consistently

BiuFrame doesn’t give option to add more pictures or delete specific picture.
Through BiuFrame , you can only create one frame to bind with the frame. Limited option.
Definitely need update on app.

Does not cover how to change a photo from vertical to horizontal.

Need to delete pictures from remote app!

Can not send pics to frame using app

Yes I can send pictures to the frame, but once the photos are added, there’s no way to edit the photos to remove old ones with updated pictures. The only way to do it is to delete the entire frame and then re-add your photos. That is HORRIBLY inconvenient and makes the frame and app completely worthless to the end user.

Set up was easy, but it’s overshadowed by a lie. The description says you don’t “collect” data, but you want “access” to my calendar. Why would you need my schedule???????? Shady!

Purchased a digital frame for my grandparents so we could share our lives with them since they are not social media/email users. I constantly am receiving the error that the host name (my username) can’t be found. Same username I used to set it up and works when it does work. So some days I am unable to even send photos/videos. We use another frame app for my in laws and it works soo much better. In the future I will not purchase a frame that uses BiuFrame. Photos also are constantly getting cut off when sending more than one photo at a time. Only allows you to select the view of the first photo rather than all the photos.

It took a while to figure it out, but we got it working. It shows the time and weather, which is cool. But there is no way to delete single photos or videos. You have to reset the entire thing which is ridiculous. PLEASE UPDATE BiuFrame TO THIS SIMPLE THING!

Can’t figure out how to speed up the slideshow. I have under 10 pictures and it is very slow. Please help.

It is easy to set up and send pics to through BiuFrame . I haven’t tried the email option yet. But it’s great to be able to share pics across the miles instantly. The frame you are sending to must be on wifi at the time and plugged in.
However, some pics, when viewed on the frame in multi-pic mode (where 3 pics show up at a time) people’s heads get cut off.
ALSO- when you are trying to send pics to different frames through BiuFrame (I bought multiple for various family members so we can share pics) once you are in the screen to select pics to send- there’s no indication on that page which frame you have selected. They should have the feature show the frame name. And i agree with other reviewers, it would be easier if BiuFrame tracked which pics you have already sent to which frames.

Easy to set up. According to manual, the ability to upload with WiFi is only free for 2 years, then you have to pay, but those charges are not published anywhere. Still could use memory card (maybe?), but we bought it for the ability to update remotely. May increase rating if it works as advertised in upcoming years or if the “Frame Renew” charges aren’t required after 2 years. Would also be nice if you could crop photos or change actions in app.

Too bad. A guide doesn’t come with the frame. Was able to figure how to get picture to frame. No instructions how to delete an unwanted photo. Will not recommend a purchase of this frame.

UPDATE! I discovered how to delete unwanted photos. Bring up photos, tap on photo on upper left corner to be deleted, on the right corner you will see the delete icon, click on photo again to see check mark, click on delete. Hope this helps. I now give 5 stars.

BiuFrame is very simple and straightforward.

Very easy set up and easy app to send pictures.

I have enjoyed my frame for the 2 years I have had it. Now I'm getting messages that I have to sign up for a service in order to continue using the frame. Very frustrating that information is conveniently left out when buying the frame. Also frustrating that it is difficult to find information on how to extend service. Otherwise, the frame has been great.
