I have a problem with Whosfan

Hi, i canot connect on whosfan. i try with Facebook and with twitter but mu adresse in not recognized. Thanks you for your help

To resolve Whosfan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Whosfan App
1. On android, goto Settings » Whosfan » click [Force Stop]

Clear Whosfan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Whosfan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Whosfan.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Whosfan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Whosfan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Whosfan
