If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have never been so frustrated with an app to the point where I'd write a review. I actually believe this is the first review I've ever written. Now, I am no genius when it comes to technology so I cannot give a deep explanation of Whosfan 's defects. However, I will explain how every method I tried to use to earn credits completely failed. Every time I click on something, it takes five minutes to load. Even when I tried to vote with my tickets, an error message popped up. Every single action I tried to do on Whosfan utterly failed. I seriously was at the point where I wanted to throw my phone. And especially because Whosfan actually matters for voting and the outcome of events, whereas I wouldn't be as frustrated with a meaningless game. The only reason people still use this is because it is necessary for certain voting events. Otherwise, I would delete Whosfan in an instant.

this app hosts polls/contests for kpop groups, which is important, but kpop is a WORLDWIDE phenomenon. When Mnet gave worldwide viewers of Kingdom: Legendary Journey a limited time to log-in and vote for their favorite artist, Whosfan crashed and never recovered prior to the voting period ending. Many fans of all the groups were not able to cast their vote. Even now, hours after the show ended, I am still unable to log into Whosfan , even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. I don’t know how many active users Whosfan boasts, but it cannot withstand the load of hundreds of thousands of log-in attempts in a short amount of time.

Mnet needs to seek a more stable platform for international voting in the future.

Mnet이 Kingdom : Legendary Journey 전 세계 시청자에게 로그인하고 좋아하는 아티스트에게 투표 할 수있는 제한된 시간을 주었을 때, 투표 기간이 끝나기 전에 앱이 다운되고 복구되지 않았습니다. 모든 그룹의 많은 팬들이 투표를 할 수 없 었습니다. 쇼가 끝난 지 몇 시간이 지난 지금도 앱을 제거했다가 다시 설치해도 여전히 앱에 로그인 할 수 없습니다. 이 앱이 얼마나 많은 활성 사용자를 자랑하는지는 모르겠지만 단시간에 수십만 번의 로그인 시도를 견딜 수 없습니다.

Mnet은 향후 국제 투표를위한보다 안정적인 플랫폼을 모색해야합니다.

Whosfan runs so poorly and glitches like crazy. loading is so slow. i hate how there’s no option to log out of your account to log into another you have to delete and reinstall Whosfan which makes voting process so unnecessarily long. it would improve Whosfan a lot to create a simple log out button. whenever voting opens and the traffic for Whosfan increases it literally makes it impossible to use Whosfan because of how badly it glitches and freezes. i hope Whosfan gets a major update soon if these shows are going to continue using it to count global votes.

to put it plainly, the apps interface is mediocre at best. it’s simple but boring - and the amount of pop ups and glitches that show up constantly is tiring to deal with. but the main issue is actually how weak Whosfan is, it’s constantly overwhelmed and it’s logged me out continuously, refused to let me vote multiple times, and has even made me recreate accounts after Whosfan has decided to delete them. professional competitions and important votings should not be held on such a weak app. either move the votes onto a different app or improve the interface ASAP.

Whosfan wouldn’t load to save its life! Whosfan is so pivotal in order to vote for groups for mcountdown and more recently, Road to Kingdom. I couldn’t even get Whosfan to open before or during voting??! It took WAYYY too many tries of opening, getting an error message, closing, and then trying all over again before I could cast my vote. Whosfan is also incredibly slow and there is no option to go back when looking at credits??! I fail to see the purpose of Whosfan since the mwave one works decently ok and since this app is NOT up to par with any other voting app.

I have never seen an app this broken before in my life. It runs so poorly and has more glitches and bugs than an app in an alpha state should have. I’m surprised this is even allowed on Whosfan Store. Even getting Whosfan to open is a struggle let alone actually being able to collect tickets and vote. It’s nearly impossible to do literally anything as it fails to serve its main function as a voting app by crashing or having multiple errors each time you try to vote. The developers should be embarrassed.

i SWEAR i just got this app in hopes to vote for stray kids and i saw the voting thing before i logged in and after i logged in it was gone???? like i can’t find it. i cant find it in the ended events either so i dont think it’s over yet but it’s not in the ongoing. and i don’t know where else to find it. plus when i click on things there’s literally no back button and i cant swipe out of it so i have to swipe out of Whosfan entirely like what. anyway i’m just trying to vote for skz but guess not w this piece of sh app

I’ve been having issues where I open Whosfan then it either loads but kicks me off when I try to visit my “Followed Artists” fan/video/schedule site or it wont even open and just kick me off as soon as it begins to load.
Idk what to do. I thought it could be a memory issue on my phone so I even deleted some stuff so there would be enough memory for Whosfan to open correctly but apparently that wasn’t the issue seeing as how it’s still kicking me off.

I downloaded Whosfan to use to vote during an international competition but it was not functional. Highly disappointing because it wasn’t as if it was only one aspect of Whosfan but the entire thing crashed, went blank, or gave me random emoticons such as “??????” the entire time. Deleted it right away. I would not recommend using this application. At. All. Please wait until they have developed Whosfan further and to withstand the capacity of traffic it was apparently receiving.

I wouldn’t even give this 1 star This is very frustrating it keeps saying I need to login when I’ve been logged in and I have got tickets in order to vote I woke up very early to do this and to figure out the apps not even working if you’re going to have an app like this that will have many people on at a time you need to make sure it’s going to be at least a little bit stable for people to vote and it’s awful that there are peoples CAREERS depend on this god awful app😤

Whosfan is just horrible like I already got Whosfan before but I installed it and now I’m installing it to vote for kingdom but I can’t even get into Whosfan without an update I try to update and it doesn’t work also when I did have Whosfan it’s extremely frustrating and it’s barely workable I hate it why did they have to make us use this trash app to vote for our faves anyways I’m sorry Ateez the BOYZ straykids I wanted to vote for y’all but looks like I can’t PLZ DO THE BEST YALL CAN FOR YALL GROUPS DONT LET ATEEZ GET 5TH AND LETS GET SKZ AND THE BOYZ HIGHER FIGHTING EVERYONE!

it’s clear Whosfan has a favoritism towards certain groups... on the last day of voting they decided to delete all of a certain groups votes with no proper explanation or proof and none of the other groups voted suffered of this and instead gained more votes. They scammed voters who payed actual money for Whosfan fairly and they were either suspended or got their votes deleted and receive no refunds. I will not be using Whosfan after this again.

Whosfan was extremely difficult to use. There are no clear instructions on how to get tickets, the ads glitches, and Whosfan is always slow and crashing. The voting is extremely difficult. I have 2 accounts on Whosfan and they continually link both of them when they should be separate.

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever downloaded on my phone. Literally got it just to support The Boyz on Road to Kingdom, and it literally sucked the whole time. It never let me vote. It loaded past the home screen. It’s literally terrible and tbh the only reason I’m not mad MAD is because tbz won KINGDOM but like Whosfan is awful I got like 2 votes in in the beginning but it’s like the servers can’t handle the traffic. Needs MAJOR updates. THE BOYZ 👑 KINGDOM

Whosfan tends to freeze every few minutes and show blank screens which is frustrating and time consuming, a lot of times like on the store page for example there is no back or “X” button so to get back to the main page you have to close Whosfan entirely.. just in general inefficient, buggy, and irritating

It was easy to login and vote. However, the screen goes all white for a few seconds with every click. But it is as baad as the other comments said now.

So I got in perfectly, I logged in like I had to but when I wanted to vote it still said I needed to log in? I logged off and still says the same thing. I don’t know how to fix this problem but I just wish I could vote but I can’t. (btw I was going to vote for stray kids on kingdom! If only I could vote)

If I could give them less than one star I would. Not only are they snakes who participate in rigged votes and stripping people of wins they’ve earned, their user interface is easily one of the worst of all the voting apps. Impossible to navigate and excessively difficult to gain voting points on. You’d think with so many 1 star reviews they’d at least improve Whosfan a little.

I have used Whosfan recently in the past 3 days and 100% of the time the screen crashes, it went blank and I had to restart my phone..it getting frustrating to the point where I want to uninstall it, but since my Star is on there and they need me I will keep it for now. Over all experience is very unsatisfactory.

I only using Whosfan for kingdom voting but if Whosfan isn’t the most stressful to use app I have ever used idk what it. There is no back button so I have to close the whole app to get to the previous place I was o. Whosfan once kingdom is done I’m never using Whosfan ever again. I do not recommend unless you really need Whosfan for voting of some sort.

Cannot hold a large amount of people at once and will constantly crash, show a blank screen, or say you're not logged in when you actually are. How are we supposed to use this for the finale

I downloaded Whosfan to watch on Ateez and the videos either won’t let me click it to play or the video turns black. I don’t know what’s wrong with it but please fix it so I can support my favorite groups.

i tried to vote for the road to kingdom. whenever i tried to vote and clicked it, it would take a long time to load and then it would say “please login” when i already am logged in. don’t recommend.

polls freeze or take upwards of five minutes to load. videos just never play. app literally just doesn't work take it OFF app store.

Tried to Vietnam’s times but didn’t work. Other group ended up winning even though the group I was voting for was 1st. Stream reveal and generation z.

Whosfan couldnt let me vote for a group on “The Road to Kingdom.” This was very unfair because Whosfan was too slow to vote and couldn’t refresh fast. The voting is very rigged!!

Tried to vote in a poll and couldn’t. Tried to watch a video and couldn’t. Whosfan literally does not function.

this app came into my house while i was cooking and slammed my hands into the stove and if that wasnt enough this app then began to pour salt onto my burns and told me The Boyz Will Never Win Road To Kingdom. awful app

i downloaded Whosfan to support the boyz on road to kingdom but it is so difficult to use. each page takes forever to load and i keep receiving a notice to log in even though i am logged in.

Whosfan is the worst app I have ever used. I could not vote or access anything on Whosfan . It was unfair for the rankings. 🤮🤮🤮

i wanted to vote for the boyz and it wouldn’t let me! considering that it’s pride month, i’m assuming Whosfan has something against the LGBT community.

Allows people to exploit their system by using VPN. hard to navigate.
