If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have never been so frustrated with an app to the point where I'd write a review. I actually believe this is the first review I've ever written. Now, I am no genius when it comes to technology so I cannot give a deep explanation of Whosfan 's defects. However, I w... Show more ill explain how every method I tried to use to earn credits completely failed. Every time I click on something, it takes five minutes to load. Even when I tried to vote with my tickets, an error message popped up. Every single action I tried to do on Whosfan utterly failed. I seriously was at the point where I wanted to throw my phone. And especially because Whosfan actually matters for voting and the outcome of events, whereas I wouldn't be as frustrated with a meaningless game. The only reason people still use this is because it is necessary for certain voting events. Otherwise, I would delete Whosfan in an instant.

I only using Whosfan for kingdom voting but if Whosfan isn’t the most stressful to use app I have ever used idk what it. this app hosts polls/contests for kpop groups, which is important, but kpop is a WORLDWIDE phenomenon. When Mnet gave worldwide viewers of Kingdom: Legendary Journey a limited time to log-in and vote for their favorite artist, Whosfan crashed and never recovered prior to the voting period ending.... Show more Many fans of all the groups were not able to cast their vote. Even now, hours after the show ended, I am still unable to log into Whosfan , even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. I don’t know how many active users Whosfan boasts, but it cannot withstand the load of hundreds of thousands of log-in attempts in a short amount of time.

Mnet needs to seek a more stable platform for international voting in the future.

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever downloaded on my phone. Literally got it just to support The Boyz on Road to Kingdom, and it literally sucked the whole time. It never let me vote. Whosfan was extremely difficult to use. There are no clear instructions on how to get tickets, the ads glitches, and Whosfan is always slow and crashing. The voting is extremely difficult. I have 2 accounts on Whosfan and they continually link both of them when they should be separate.

it’s clear Whosfan has a favoritism towards certain groups... on the last day of voting they decided to delete all of a certain groups votes with no proper explanation or proof and none of the other groups voted suffered of this and instead gained more votes. I will not be using Whosfan after this again.

Not only are they snakes who participate in rigged votes and stripping people of wins they’ve earned, their user interface is easily one of the worst of all the voting apps. I’ve been having issues where I open Whosfan then it either loads but kicks me off when I try to visit my “Followed Artists” fan/video/schedule site or it wont even open and just kick me off as soon as it begins to load.

I have never seen an app this broken before in my life. It runs so poorly and has more glitches and bugs than an app in an alpha state should have. I’m surprised this is even allowed on Whosfan Store. Even getting Whosfan to open is a struggle let alone actually being able to collect tickets and ... Show more vote. It’s nearly impossible to do literally anything as it fails to serve its main function as a voting app by crashing or having multiple errors each time you try to vote. The developers should be embarrassed.

Whosfan runs so poorly and glitches like crazy. loading is so slow. i hate how there’s no option to log out of your account to log into another you have to delete and reinstall Whosfan which makes voting process so unnecessarily long. it would improve Whosfan a lot to create a simple log out but... It was easy to login and vote. However, the screen goes all white for a few seconds with every click. But it is as baad as the other comments said now.

this app came into my house while i was cooking and slammed my hands into the stove and if that wasnt enough this app then began to pour salt onto my burns and told me The Boyz Will Never Win Road To Kingdom. awful app

i wanted to vote for the boyz and it wouldn’t let me! considering that it’s pride month, i’m assuming Whosfan has something against the LGBT community.

i downloaded Whosfan to support the boyz on road to kingdom but it is so difficult to use. each page takes forever to load and i keep receiving a notice to log in even though i am logged in.

i tried to vote for the road to kingdom. whenever i tried to vote and clicked it, it would take a long time to load and then it would say “please login” when i already am logged in. don’t recommend.

Tried to vote in a poll and couldn’t. Tried to watch a video and couldn’t. Whosfan literally does not function.

Whosfan couldnt let me vote for a group on “The Road to Kingdom.” This was very unfair because Whosfan was too slow to vote and couldn’t refresh fast. The voting is very rigged!!

Cannot hold a large amount of people at once and will constantly crash, show a blank screen, or say you're not logged in when you actually are. How are we supposed to use this for the finale

Allows people to exploit their system by using VPN. hard to navigate.

I downloaded Whosfan to watch on Ateez and the videos either won’t let me click it to play or the video turns black. I don’t know what’s wrong with it but please fix it so I can support my favorite groups.
