If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have never been so frustrated with an app to the point where I'd write a review. I actually believe this is the first review I've ever written. Now, I am no genius when it comes to technology so I cannot give a deep explanation of the app's defects. However, I will explain how every method I tried to use to earn credits completely failed. Every time I click on something, it takes five minutes to load. Even when I tried to vote with my tickets, an error message popped up. Every single action I tried to do on this app utterly failed. I seriously was at the point where I wanted to throw my phone. And especially because this app actually matters for voting and the outcome of events, whereas I wouldn't be as frustrated with a meaningless game. The only reason people still use this is because it is necessary for certain voting events. Otherwise, I would delete this app in an instant.

Whosfan hosts polls/contests for kpop groups, which is important, but kpop is a WORLDWIDE phenomenon. When Mnet gave worldwide viewers of Kingdom: Legendary Journey a limited time to log-in and vote for their favorite artist, the app crashed and never recovered prior to the voting period ending. Many fans of all the groups were not able to cast their vote. Even now, hours after the show ended, I am still unable to log into the app, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. I don’t know how many active users this app boasts, but it cannot withstand the load of hundreds of thousands of log-in attempts in a short amount of time.

Mnet needs to seek a more stable platform for international voting in the future.

Mnet이 Kingdom : Legendary Journey 전 세계 시청자에게 로그인하고 좋아하는 아티스트에게 투표 할 수있는 제한된 시간을 주었을 때, 투표 기간이 끝나기 전에 앱이 다운되고 복구되지 않았습니다. 모든 그룹의 많은 팬들이 투표를 할 수 없 었습니다. 쇼가 끝난 지 몇 시간이 지난 지금도 앱을 제거했다가 다시 설치해도 여전히 앱에 로그인 할 수 없습니다. 이 앱이 얼마나 많은 활성 사용자를 자랑하는지는 모르겠지만 단시간에 수십만 번의 로그인 시도를 견딜 수 없습니다.

Mnet은 향후 국제 투표를위한보다 안정적인 플랫폼을 모색해야합니다.

this app runs so poorly and glitches like crazy. loading is so slow. i hate how there’s no option to log out of your account to log into another you have to delete and reinstall the app which makes voting process so unnecessarily long. it would improve the app a lot to create a simple log out button. whenever voting opens and the traffic for this app increases it literally makes it impossible to use the app because of how badly it glitches and freezes. i hope this app gets a major update soon if these shows are going to continue using it to count global votes.
