In the past Kelsey was the ideal place to go however now it is not uncommon to wait up to 30 minutes or more when trying to schedule an appointment and then being told I will transfer you and the wait begins again. Then most often it is necessary to leave a message and receive a call back which will likely happen the next day. Additionally on the electronic medical record all appointments scheduled are not displayed, only some and it is the same with testing. Only some are displayed. The staff are world class and work very hard however they have begun to complain about Kelsey also. I’ve discussed this with Dr. Hoyle the chief executive for a few years in a row and what has happened is that it has gone from bad to worse!! DONT CHOOSE KELSEY SEYBOLD UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!

MyKelsey does not tell you why the appt was scheduled. If you try to cancel, you have to call a number. There is no place to “communicate” questions, comments,, etc.

I was scheduled by an unfamiliar doctor for a video call. I could not find any info about this call. MyKelsey wants my CC before I can join the call. That does not happen with my regular provider. Ive been a KS patient for about 20 years.

Completed a request for a video apt. Around 2:30 pm, did not receive a text or message or request for day or block of time for a call. Unfortunately, a message is sent via my Kelsey, not my apple phone, that a Drs. Apt. Was scheduled at 8:20 pm, almost 6 hours after I requested apt., literally that evening. Absolutely irresponsible of Kelsey to not notify me by the method I choose, apple phone, charge me for a visit that never happened.

Next day, I’m forced to pay ANOTHER co-pay, $25, and the connection was faulty on Kelsey’s site. Second failed Dr’s. Apt.

Will call the office to address these issues, but concerned of the lack of communication and faulty technology from a provider I happen to think extremely highly of.

I went to get my booster shot, 2 days later I took my vaccination card to be updated and between the receptionist and the nurse I was shuffled on the phone till I got ugly with the receptionist and she got the nurse on the phone and someone came out to get my card to be updated! It’s extremely unprofessional to treat your patients in that manner!

We have been trying to connect to an e-visit with doctor and it does not work. MyKelsey keeps dropping my connections. I’ve tried with multiple device. Tried with only cellular and only Wifi to no avail. Kelsey tech support says it’s my connection but I am confident it is not. I have been doing video calls with work for almost a year with no issues.

KELSEY you need to fix this. The issue is on your end.

MyKelsey is nice overall. Can easily view messages, results etc. But it will be nice to have the option of saving the results in pdf so we’re able to save it for future reference. Everyday app for example provides that convenience and it is really helpful.

A few things could be added to make the site a bit more user friendly. The opening page photo needs to be changed. There are 2 message “folder” icons that are confusing. Keep the user interface clean and simple. Give us an opportunity to delete old messages and doctors that we may have used only once. Thank you

BTW the phone system could use an upgrade as well. On hold we listen to many announcements that really don’t benefit us that much. Actually it’s very annoying. Thank you.

They need to add the meaning of the test results and what it means I do not understand the abbreviation hopefully is done in the future.

I count on My Kelsey being available 24/7 so I can check status of appointments, pay online, check in for appointments, and have access to tests at my leisure. f

I have been using MyKelsey since it first became available. It is continually updated. I have easily understood/used each version.

I absolutely love this app online. I will say I preferred the old site better. Nevertheless it is wonderful. Though the staff in call center are wonderful, I’d rather have the information ASAP! Thank you

Love that I can schedule or cancel an appointment with no problem, also being able to check in and pay through MyKelsey is a huge plus. Love it!

My Optometrist, Dr. Morrow, with Kelsey Seybold Kingwood helped me with follow up answers
to my questions of ongoing care with the this app app. Particularly getting quick answers helps alleviate stress on handling my health condition. Thank you for this helpful technology. Saves so much time with direct personal follow up .

MyKelsey is user friendly. Communicating with my health care team, scheduling appointments, and requesting refills is convenient. I also have my medical stats available in my phone should i find myself in ER or needing to know when something is due.

I really like being about to see my health status. Being able to schedule and text my physician is great.
However, I find listed history of testing and appointments never made are not cleared.
Hope this problem will be addressed.

I used to be able to see year over year test results so I could compare. Not in the new app. NOT HELPFUL.
PLEASE update with that feature.
