Kelsey IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO OR SHOULD BE! What happened?

In the past Kelsey was the ideal place to go however now it is not uncommon to wait up to 30 minutes or more when trying to schedule an appointment and then being told I will transfer you and the wait begins again. Then most often it is necessary to leave a message and receive a call back which will likely happen the next day. Additionally on the electronic medical record all appointments scheduled are not displayed, only some and it is the same with testing. Only some are displayed. The staff are world class and work very hard however they have begun to complain about Kelsey also. I’ve discussed this with Dr. Hoyle the chief executive for a few years in a row and what has happened is that it has gone from bad to worse!! DONT CHOOSE KELSEY SEYBOLD UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Video Apppointment

Completed a request for a video apt. Around 2:30 pm, did not receive a text or message or request for day or block of time for a call. Unfortunately, a message is sent via my Kelsey, not my apple phone, that a Drs. Apt. Was scheduled at 8:20 pm, almost 6 hours after I requested apt., literally that evening. Absolutely irresponsible of Kelsey to not notify me by the method I choose, apple phone, charge me for a visit that never happened.

Next day, I’m forced to pay ANOTHER co-pay, $25, and the connection was faulty on Kelsey’s site. Second failed Dr’s. Apt.

Will call the office to address these issues, but concerned of the lack of communication and faulty technology from a provider I happen to think extremely highly of.

E-visit Does not work

We have been trying to connect to an e-visit with doctor and it does not work. The app keeps dropping my connections. I’ve tried with multiple device. Tried with only cellular and only Wifi to no avail. Kelsey tech support says it’s my connection but I am confident it is not. I have been doing video calls with work for almost a year with no issues.

KELSEY you need to fix this. The issue is on your end.
