The app worked really well and the service desk support was great.
The provider service wasn’t great. The provider I worked with didn’t send any follow-up information nor did they submit the Rx in a timely manner. There is no way to contact a provider directly to inquire about issues, either. You have to call a service desk, they have to submit a ticket, and you’re at the mercy of a provider to respond in a timely way.
This would be a better program if checks were put in place to ensure providers completed all tasks for one patient prior to seeing others.

After waiting OVER 4 hours for the “first available” doctor I am finally “next patient”.
But after waiting an hour and a half as the “next” patient I find out by researching online that my doctor has apparently left for today and just left me sitting and waiting. Not a single message, no transfer to another doctor NOTHING!!
Wonder if I left this here if when she bothers to show up for work she will find me still waiting.
Reading reviews one discovers that you can wait several hours and then get dumped to the back of another line when the doctor you are waiting for up and leaves.
Wow!! Not a way to run a business!
Won’t bother to be back since Duke doesn’t seem to actually care about patients.

Wouldn’t accept any of my credit cards and also wouldn’t let me meet with a doctor until my credit card was in. So much for getting care urgently. This is a disaster of an app with no help if you call customer service.
