the PD became useless after upgradte on Sept 11 , even with th upgrade in Sept 18, still useless!
My Power Director Videos were all deleted! This is very frustrating. thank you for helping.
PC app crashed once and then since then has kept closing on its own within a minute of my opening it again. I lost a lot of progress on my project when the initial crash happened and even though upon starting it up again immediately following the crash it gave me an option to recover the autosaved version of my file from before the crash, I haven't gotten that same message again and I'm not sure if that autosaved version still exists somewhere or if it's recoverable.
Hi Customer Service I recently cleaned my Android phone version 10 of too much space. Now when I opened up Powerdirector Movile App, all my pdr projects list are gone. I checked the folder and it was in powerdirector>projects. Now I moved it to another projects folder. How can I associate my pdrproj files with powerdirector as I cant find the exe file to LAUNCH or "OPENWITH"

When I try to upload to TIK Tok .....Power Director says I don't have app installed, but I do. I would appreciate how to get the Power Directo app to recognize Tik Tok and upload videos. Thank you.

installed Power Director on a different drive from Windows 10. initial capture mode worked to bring in media/.avi, but i can't access "Edit" mode of Power Director. on the subsequent session, when the desktop icon is clicked, the opening screen is in "Produce" mode, with no access to Edit mode. should I uninstall and reinstall all Power Director files on the C: Windows drive? thank you for your assistance.
