How to fix Kraken app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kraken app on iPhone
Update Kraken app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kraken iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kraken on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kraken network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kraken Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kraken not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kraken App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kraken » click [Force Stop]

Update Kraken to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kraken App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kraken » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kraken.

Fix Kraken unable to contact server/ Kraken internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kraken » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kraken » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kraken
