Contact support doesn’t work and camera isn’t viewable

This app worked better as the free version. Paid version I lost camera access and it won’t let you send bug reports through the app. You can type up a big report but the send button isn’t selectable.
Better apps available

Paid for the upgrade and now no camera view. Lost the stream. Octopod is a much better app and has been flawless.

It looks great but hardly functions as it’s supposed to. No camera stream unless I’m home, isn’t the whole point of it to monitor my printer when I’m not home?
